Hi, I just started having this problem like last month. Sometimes if I go to a lot the camera wont go past that lot. If I open the map and try to go somewhere else it just takes me back to the lot I was on. I also cant go into tab mode for some reason. It fixes itself when I restart my game but I don't want to have to restart my game every time it does this. Going into buy mode briefly fixes it but it does it again when I go to another lot. It's only done it once in one of my save files, but right now I'm looking at different worlds and it keeps happening. Any ideas?

There could be other causes, but what you are describing can happen if you use NRaas MasterController to Open a lot but fail to Close it again before moving on. Might that be the case where you have been stuck?
