The Sims 4 - Late Night/Hot Date/Night Life/Vacation/Retro EP concept

We talk about the romance, lack of hotels ect in TS4. I had an idea to combine romance, hotels, night life and retro style into the one EP as Snowy Escape did it with Japan culture, snow activities and vacations.
World: Miami inspired big map with 30 lots (apartments included)

New lot type: Hotel
New lot feature: Age/sex restriction (for example - hotel only for adults, lounges only for females ect.)
BB/CAS style: 70', 80' (+ line phones, newspapers ect.)
New career: hotel employee, dancer, transport (taxi company/airlines)
Major activities:
- vacation in hotel
- vacation in a cruise ship (as a hidden world) - your Sim can rent cheap, medium or expensive apartment and use facilities related to rental tier.
- better dates/romance
- Blue Lagoon - golf club + water park
Minor activities:
- scooter driving
- dancing festivals/challenges
- beach parties
- skating routes
- food trucks
- dating online service
- improved criminal carieer
NPC:
- bulgars, pickpocket, dancers (and strip/pole dancers), hotel stuff, street sellers, matchmaker
Music: 70' 80' - examples:
Daryl Hall & John Oates - Out Of Touch
Aneka - Japanese Boy
Yes - Owner Of A Lonely Heart
Blondie - Call Me
Alphaville - Forever Young

Now this is a pack we need in Sims 4.
I would add Casino’s to this list!
Hmm. I think that casinos can be added to TS4: Showtime expansion as a new lot type.
