You're welcome. I seldom go to the city other than the festivals, so identified the lot that way. I think the romance festival also uses it. Have discovered some interesting views from the city's gym.
Finally, summer came in Tartosa in my game and well, it was sunny for a few days. Here are some pictures. The weather in this game is more like what one would expect in England than in the south of France or Italy.
I always feel like there is too much snow in winter and too much rain during the rainy season in most of the worlds. I like seeing more sunny days myself.
I find there are too many electrical storms at Granite Falls to have my sims vacation there much anymore. It might be different if I could check the weeks weather before wasting a day there that they have to spend inside,….. and camping is virtually impossible with storms.
Hi @SheriSim57 You might already know this, but just in case you don't: You can turn off rain, snow, blizzards and thunderstorms in the settings menu. Sometimes when I want a specific day to be nice for my sims to be outside, I turn those off temporarily, and then turn them back on once I'm done with that outside event or excursion.
In this particular save that the screenshot you responded to comes from, my sims were having a lot of fun on their rainy vacation. I use a mod that make raincoats actually keep sims dry like they really ought to, so they could be out in the rain doing things without having to carry umbrellas. Since nearly all my childhood real camping trips were in the rain, it brought back happy memories for me. And I was super excited to catch that screenshot of the lightning strike because it's so hard to time it right and I rarely get a good shot.
My love, my love, my fearless love, I will not say goodbye..
Sea may rise, sky may fall, My love will never die..
My heart, my heart, My drowning heart, Oh all the tears I've cried
Oh I may weep forevermore, My love will never die..
Sable Square in Brindleton Bay, in the middle of heavy snow:
Sims 4 Family: Benjamin, Shine, Princess Roddy, Sophia and Hamish Furystrykar and Shelly Heart. Princess Roddy is my avatar, and he's a boy!Let those smiles spread!
I didn't get a shot of it, but Britchester, there is a stunning view just east of Foxybury commons. I noticed it when Axys was graduating.
Basically, pan to a point where theres apparently a swimming hole and a fishing spot on the shores a lake that has some really nice shore views.
That said, some of these shots I'm seeing are great. And I'm really thinking on building on that highpoint in tartarosa, because seeing the whole area from there is awesome.
And I do keep meaning to play a sim in Sulani again sometime, its been a neglected area for a while for me.
This is such a wonderful thread to look through!
Here are a few of mine:
A dystopic corner of Oasis Springs.
There are even buildings and cranes shoved behind that rock in the background o.o'
@Lenny_Ogg WOW, you must be playing on some graphics card!! Those are gorgeous
My username has been my internet handle for over 20 years since I was 16 and refers to when I had a crush on a very tall boy. I intend absolutely no violence toward beautiful giraffes.

Thank you! Actually my game runs on an old Windows 7 PC with an AMD Radeon HD 7800 graphics card ^^'
But I can play the game smoothly with highest settings, though.
Rainy sunset at Porto Luminoso/Tartosa.
Full moon mirroring in Lake Windenburg and an aurora borealis. (I love the clouds)
This was a strange day at Plumbite Pier/Copperdale...

At least San Sequoia makes for good screenshots.

I love that you get rewarded with a sight like this in Henford-on-Bagley when you crawl out of your bed at 5am to feed the chicken
I was going through some of my gameplay in Sulani and saw this picture that I had taken a while back.
