Some Relationships Screen Interactions Missing

Last night when my Sim Mary tried to invite her friend Penny over to her house, she couldn't because the "Invite to Current Lot" interaction wasn't showing. I thought that it was because Penny was already nearby but even when the clock reached midnight, there was still no "Invite" interaction. It's fine with the other relationships Mary has but for some reason only "Chat" and "Text" appear for Penny.

If you try to invite Penny over via the phone, she doesn't appear in the relationships but if Mary just wants to either chat or text her, she does.
