Let's rebuild Britechester

In my opinion Britechester is a world with the wasted potential (weird lots, no community space for students, only fake townhouses) Due to that I decided to improve my Britechester a little. For a start, I renovated Elderberry's house. I replaced their weird house by two, realistic looking victorian townhouses. In this version of "Victorian Townhouse I", only right townhouse is playable. Left one is blocked.

Great build there! I like the default Britechester, but I might adjust Honeydew(?) some, as it feels way too small for the lot size. And as my students never reside on campus, I might just as well turn at least one of those smaller student housings into either community lot or a manor.
