what is the "deco p" cheat?

I downloaded an outfit that people said to use the "deco p" cheat on to avoid glare in the outfit. But I am confused what they mean. It said to just open the cheat-box and type "deco p" and it would sort itself out. Or to go into wardrobe etc and it should fix the glare. But "deco p" doesnt seem to be a cheat? I'm just getting an error and no glare-removal.
And yes, it said to type it without the "" and so I did of course.
Has anyone heard of this cheat before? And is there any other way to remove glare from clothes?

That cheat is a part of a mod. Remove stencils/overlays from build/buy/CAS objects in game by velocitygrass on MTS.
