Sul Sul! I’m both Neashaleigh (forums) and Riverleigh (Gallery). I answer to both as well as Sapphire. Take your pick! I wanted to showcase some of my lots and rooms here and get some feedback from you lovely Simmers.

A little about me: I have been a Simmer since Sims 2 and my favourite thing to do is building houses. I don’t like to settle on a single style. I prefer to try all sorts of styles and looks, so my gallery is quite eclectic and varied. I find designing and building lots very therapeutic (when it all goes to plan haha!) and I often build to unwind after studying (university) or if I’m feeling particularly stressed. I have incorporated building as part of my ongoing therapy. It’s my happy place.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds Each of the builds you have posted are very nice!

Zen Bathroom is a lovely warm and calming bathroom! The dark brown colour and wood walls are lovely and give a very nice look and feel to room. Very nice layout and furnishings! The candles are pretty for sims to see when restfully bathing in the tub. The bath nook with mirror is great! The blossoms on the corner double sinks nook are lovely! The circles wall mirrors are very nice.

Avarice Acres is a lovely modern haunted house! Very nice exterior design, white walls, warm wood texture and great glass windows! The garden bed area with the plants, floral hedging and pretty red maple tree is lovely! The platforming of the pool patio decks looks great! Very nice loungers deck area. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel. Very stylish interior furnishings and the layout is very nice! The glass windows in the kitchen and dining area creates a very nice light filed area, and very nice black and white colours. The blue and white colour scheme of the living room and bar area is pretty! Very nice design of the tv wall . The bedroom designs are very nice.
It is a very nice home

I thought it would be fun to take the Room Shell challenge by Seaben06 and create a whole house using the same room put together like a jigsaw puzzle. This would actually make a fun challenge. I had a tonne of fun doing this and would love to see what others come up with!

So the house is probably not practical to use in game, but it was cool giving it a go. The roof was a nightmare! Let me know what you guys think of how it turned out... (Click the Album link to see more pics)

Modern Modular House is a lovely home using the same room shell for all the rooms in the home! Very nice exterior design, and warm wood texture of both the exterior walls and the interior rooms walls . The front area flower beds and the blossoms are pretty! The pool is great! Very nice hot tub, bbq and outdoors dining patio areas. Very great layout of the interior using the same shell! The furnishing of each room is lovely! The patterned floor rugs are very nice. The red, black and brown colour of the bedroom is very nice and the bedhead wall design looks great!

Suburbia is a lovely family home! Very nice exterior design,roof covered front porch,wood textured walls and lovely colours! The flowerbeds are very pretty! Very nice backyard corner pool, gardening, kid play areas and bbq/ outdoors dining patio! The interior furnishings are very lovely! Very pretty pink, red and white colours! The bedroom are lovely ! Very pretty floral wall pattern in the master bedroom, and the bunkbeds and wall pattern/ confetti print in the kids bedroom are very nice! The study desks are great for the kids to enjoy using the computers. Very nice pink colour scheme of the bathroom. The kitchen design is very nice! It looks very nice the way the cabinets have been placed there. Pretty pink wall pattern in the dining area. Lovely red wall and pink sofa and armchairs fireplace sitting area to enjoy watching tv near the fire.
It is a very nice home for a family

My current project is a huge one. I was inspired by someone else's build of a village and decided to create one myself. She used only base game items, and I will likely do one with base game only after I've finished this one, but as I have all the expansions, I figured I'd go all out with it. I am excited to do this build, but it will take me a while as I have uni coursework to do as well, but I can't wait to showcase it!

Small Industrial is a lovely industrial home! The old brick exterior and interior wall texture gives a very nice look and feel to the home.Very nice rectangular windows. The interior furnishings, warm wood flooring and open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room area are very nice! Lovely windows dining area for sims to enjoy eating meals in sunlight or moonlight. The kitchen planter box corner windows are very nice. Lovely armchairs tv watching and reading area to enjoy sitting near the fire. The chain wall strips are very nice! The study desk area is lovely! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel and using the computer at the desk with great outdoors views. They will enjoy having drinks from the globe bar. The bedroom is lovely! Very nice bedside table lamps and lovely armchairs windows sitting nook. The clothes and shoes rack nook is great!
It is a very nice home!

Thanks @rosemow. My laptop is having an actual hissy-fit trying to keep up with this build because of how huge it is. I'm having to save very regularly so I don't lose what I've done if it crashes.

Cherry Blossom Lane is such a very creatively great street build! The design and layout is very nice! It is great that there are six homes, and the exterior design of each home is lovely! Very nice roofing! The park is very nice! Kids will have fun playing there. The cars on the roads are great! The blossoms and red maple tree are pretty!

So a few days ago I broke my toe, and have been dealing with pain among other issues going on in life, so I haven't really been building much. But today I felt like getting back into it and here is what I've come up with. At the moment the Gallery isn't working for me, but as soon as it does, I will provide the link to the house.

I am so sorry to hear that you have broken your toe! It would be so painful for you. I send hugs to you I hope the healing of your toe goes smoothly.
Crazy Cat-lady’s Cottage is a lovely cottage! The exterior design is beautiful! Very lovely brown wood textured walls, stained glass windows, and greenery and flowers on the walls! The landscaping with the plants, flowers, trees and blossoms are pretty! Very nice homely wood textured interior furnishings, and the wood walls and flooring gives a nice warm feel to the home. The cat themed items in the living areas are great! Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen curtains are pretty! The yellow colour of the dining chairs is nice and pretty flowers on the dining table and in the corner nook. Very nice homely fireplace rocking chair area! Sims will enjoy sitting knitting or reading there in front of the fire. The study desk nook is great! The bookcases are very nice either sides of the desk. Sims will using the computer there. The bedroom is lovely! Very pretty curtains around the bed, and the lamps are a nice touch on the bedside tables. The cauldron nook with hanging herbs on the wall is great!
It is a very nice cottage!
