Can anyone make a sim for me?(ts3)

I have already tried myself but having to stare at a pic for hours to perfect it when you're fangirling badly is probably not good.
Not sure what I'll do with this sim either.
I'll link some CC I have that will probably be needed for the sim, if I can locate where I found it. If you do add other CC please make sure it's not 7z or rar files.
