New additions for EVERY life stage
Elders
- Walking canes
- Playing bingo (called MYSHUNO! in Sims2 - https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/Bingo )
- Reading newspaper
- Sleeping bags (portable) + sleepovers
- Prom night
- School dances
- Bouncy castles (for birthday parties)
- Trampolines
- Tree houses
- See-saws
- Private schools, have to cook dinner for headmaster to join (like Sims2)
- Can put toddlers into nursing home
- Strollers for babies & toddlers
- Lawn mowing
- Bachelor/bachelorette parties (with the return of cake dancers from Sims 1)
- Body hair
- Midlife crisis

- Own and manage a nursery like you can manage a vet clinic! Care for toddlers in your own nursery. You can now make business lots your primary residence and live there (e.g. restaurants, vet clinics, etc) like in Sims 2 Open for Business [Free Update]
Return of the Newspaper
- Newspaper can now be delivered to your front door each morning, like in Sims 1-3!

New life stages:
-Babies, now babies will be a proper life stage
-Pre-teen, the equivalent from 11 to 14 years old in real life
-Elder adult, the equivalent from 45 to 60 years old in real life
CAS:
-Body hair: selecting body hair for chest, back, legs and arms from teen to elder
-Traits: each lifestages will have their own and unique traits. New trait: french fries addiction.
New careers:
-Architecture
-Oceanography
-Astronomy
-Slacker
Skills:
-Cleaning
-Drums
-Bass
-Martial arts
-Archery
Gameplay:
-Boarding schools: military school, martial arts school, camping school, theater school, sports academy, art school, hippie school or a posh prep, each one will have a reward item. For example, the military school will have the obstacle course from TS2. Also, each school will have a unique school bus.
-New parties and celebrations: school dances, prom night for teens, high school graduation, teen house parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties (with the return of entertainers), new wedding ceremonies, slumber parties, karate belt ceremony, and new aging events: quinceañera (pre-teen to teen) and retirement (elder adult to elder)
-Private school returns with the principal/headmaster dinner like in TS2
-New NPC animals like ducks in ponds (for all worlds). Elder can feed ducks and pigeons.
-Sims can start a band with the new musical instruments
-Delivery person returns with delivery food (pizza, chinense, thai, burgers, fries, and burritos), and for non-edible objects like parts, seeds or books, sims can pay for a express shipping: $1 during the day, $3 between 12 hours, $5 between 3 hours.
-Aquarium care system: sims will return to take care of their aquariums, cleaning it, feeding the fishes and trimming the plants. Also, they can upgrade those with a automatic feeder, a filter and heater.
-Newspaper returns, now as suscription service
-Martial arts will return as a new skill and boarding school, with a wooden training dummy and board breaker.
-New outdoor family activities: archery, log rolling, and birdwatching (without a feeder)
-New afterschool activities for childrens, pre-teens and teens: art, debate, music, newspaper, shop, study, band and ballet
-Childrens can start their business activities with a lemonade or bake stand, or, depending of which pack is installed. For example, if Seasons is installed, offer to their neightbords working in raking leaves or shoveling snow, or if Bust the Dust is installed, cleaning homes with handled vaccuum cleaners. Also, lawn mowing and pool cleaning.
-Swimming pool cleaning system: now swimming pool water quality will decrease with time, unless sims clean the water with a leaf skimmer (item based in Get Together asset, but Seasons required), placing a floating chlorine dispenser or attaching a water filter.
-Lawn mowing system: sims must rid the overgrowth from their gardens and trim their brushes.
-Enhanced genealogic tree: sims will now have an extended genealogic three, with new family relationship and interactions with their cousins, aunts and nephews.
-Retro based items
-NPC returning: Mrs. CrumpleBottom
-Pets will be playable if Cats & Dogs is installed
-Now all kitchen hoods can be upgraded with a fire alarm.
-Buglar and police officer returns, so the thief alarm. Get to Work camera will works too.
Potential new content (better as kits or BD updates, but who knows?):
-Legacy items returns, each with three different models: telescopes, arcade machines and pool tables
-Gambling: new skill, new trait and items: blackjack table, hand poker table, roulette table and slot machine.
-Water heating system: new item: water heater, compatible with Eco Lifestyle footprint system. Two heaters will be added to the game: electric and propane.
-Propane system: if a propane tank is placed in the lot, the stove and the oven will consume propane as well along with the propane water heater. The consume will be detailed in the bill separated from energy, and if Laundry Day is installed, the dryer machine can be upgraded with propane powered function.
-Services meters: sims now can know which item in their lots consume more energy (electricity), gas (propane) or water, with dedicated services meter for each. With this, Sims can change their items for other more efficient, using a off-the-grid alternative or checking the upgrades of each to enhancing it to the max.
-Wood chopping system: sims can now chop raw logs into small wood pices for fireplaces, grill or crafting. New items like a woodshed, a stump and a axe will be available, based in Get Together and Outdoor Retreat assets.
BG updates:
-Sleeping sims can spooning and cuddling in bed
-Sims will woke up if a TV, stereo, computer or vaccuum cleaner is used
-Pets will react with vaccuum cleaners
-Good/bad reactions and interactions to sims school grades
-Sims can now search in the cabinets the utencils to cook
-Solved the roof and staircase incompatibility, when a roof is placed above a staircase, this is deleted. If the staircase lead to a unaccesible room/roof to the sim, he/she will notice about the "obstruction".
-Sims can walk through pets beds and small objects like toys.
-Sims can sell all their personal and lot inventories

- more childhood aspirations
- more clothes for elders
