A Wi-Fi kit for internet connectivity realism

A kit that contains few items:
-Wi-Fi access point (low range)
-Wi-Fi access point (mid range)
-Wi-Fi access point (large range)
-Fuse box (decorative wall)
Gameplay:
Sims must buy a Wi-Fi access point to have internet in their lots. Each access point can have a certain range and Sims can restrinct the connected devices for childrens or teens. Each access point can be placed in the wall or in the top of a surface.
Sims can add a strong password to avoid unwanted connections, depending of their programming skill.
Sims must pay the internet bill in the mailbox, along with energy and water.
Moodlets will vary depending of the internet speed. Any of the access points will have a basic plan of internet (low speed) but if Sims can afford a better connection from three levels (coaxial, ethernet and fiber), the moodlet will be positive. Connectivity speed can be changed with the computer and it will depend of how many devices are connected, between computer, tablets, smartphones, videogame consoles and TVs.
Also guest Sims will request the internet password.

Extended to mobile phones, for instance being required buying a prescription/data for them to work, I'd definately buy this pack; and of course deny my sims a phone.
