      I keep mine at what I had them for TS3, I do often play with aging off for long stretches though.
      I have it set to normal life span with these settings:
      Baby- 4
      Toddler- 5
      Child- 8
      Teen- 12
      Y adult- 31
      Adult- 30
      Elder- 30
