Chez Crawdad is a lovely restaurant! Very nice exterior design and pretty pink colour. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! Very nice design and layout of the dining tables area. The candles are pretty on top of the tables.The stage and piano areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar counter. The fireplace dining area is lovely
Bedlington Beach House is a lovely cape cod style beach home! Very nice exterior design, pretty flowerbox windows, great roofing, and the outdoors dining and bbq area is very nice. Very nice sitting area on the front porch. The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice wood wall and warm wood texture of the furniture.The fireplace sitting area to enjoy tv is very nice,with pretty lamps either sides of chair. Very nice windows dining area with nautical wallart. The lighthouse is a great nautical touch on the table beside the beds in the kids room.

Wells Manor is a lovely Queen Anne Victorian family home! Very nice exterior design,warm brown brick walls, and the gazebo is pretty! Very nice greenhouse. The water fountain feature with flowers around the edges is pretty! The interior Victorian themed furnishings and the layout are lovely! Very nice wall patterns and colors, and the floor rugs and patterned flooring in the rooms are lovely. Very nice curtains.The basement level with secret lab is great!

The Red Velvet is a lovely renovation of the nightclub! The flowerboxes on the balcony are pretty! Very lovely interior furnishings and great layout of each level! The dj booth and dance floor area is great! Very lovely bar counter, dining tables and stereo area. Sims will enjoy having drinks from the bar and listening to music. The industrial style games area with darts, llama tabletop game and foosball is great! The neon signs, brick walls and wall posters give a great look and feel to the area. Very nice gothic vampire lounge platform music stage area with the piano and werewolf. The curtains are pretty. The gothic style table and chairs area is very nice,and lovely wall patterns. The basement coffins are great for vampires!
Pebbles Deep Fried Diner is a very nice diner restaurant! Very great exterior design, very nice outdoors dining area and the garden beds are very nice. The signage is great! Very lovely interior furnishings and great layout. The chequered flooring suits the diner theme well, and very nice pastel and red colours. Very nice bar and stools counter area. The neon signs are great on the wall! Very nice both booth and dining table seating to enjoy the meals. Sims will have fun playing arcade machine games
