Hi everyone!

I have been simming since TS1 but only really got into building in TS4 in late 2020.

To celebrate recently reaching 500 downloads on my gallery catalogue, I have decided to start a showcase thread of my build-related creations!

I generally do traditional/historic builds.

It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds! Each of the builds that you have posted here are lovely!Very beautifully designed exteriors and the interior furnishings are lovely!
Roxburghe Library is very grand! Very lovely exterior design, brick texture, and the dome roofing tower with dormers is very great! The architecture is so very great! Very beautiful landscaping in the front and back garden areas! The trees, flowers, hedging and water fountain are lovely! Very special furnishing and layout of the interior! The design and layout of each of the levels looks great! Very lovely wall panelling and natural brown colours. It is very nice that there is a child’s section in the library.
It is a very lovely library!

Solar Springs is a lovely mid century modern home! You have reflected the inspiration home very well! Very nice exterior design and wall textures. The cactus beds and the flowers are very nice! The carport and car is great! Very nice pool, gardening and outdoors dining and grill patio! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining there. Very nice sofa seating on the front porch and the flower planter box is pretty! Very lovely furnishing and layout of the interior! The purple and blue color schemes of the bedrooms and the wall patterns are lovely! Very nice hobby room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel, reading books and have fun playing chess. Very nice windows and fireplace sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room for sims to enjoy watching tv with sunlight coming in through the windows and the warmth of the fire. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having drinks from the bar.The open plan layout of the kitchen and dining area and the furnishings are very nice! The yellow hanging ceiling are sunny touches. The kitchen wall tiling pattern is pretty.
It is a very nice home!

Bower of Blossoms is a very pretty Springtime themed guest bedroom for Easter /Flower Bunny! The pink and green colours to reflect Spring and the softly floral wallpaper are beautiful! Very nice furnishings and layout! The green curtains are nice and pretty flower patterned floor rugs. The floral wreaths and hanging Springtime wall decorations either sides of the door are very nice for the Bunny to see as he enters and leaves the room. The bunny on the drawers is sweet! The Springtime flowers on the drawers, on the wall either sides of the closet, and the vase of the flowers on the pedestal near the window are very pretty for the Bunny to enjoy seeing in his bedroom! Very nice corner armchairs nook with lovely floral and fruit wallart for the Bunny to sit, rest and chat with other guest family members. He will enjoy reading books there from the bookcase. The decorated eggs on the bookshelves are pretty! Very nice study desk for the Bunny to write letters home to his bunny friends and family! It is a nice touch that there are home made cards on the desk to welcome him. Very lovely bedhead wall! The flowers and the rose pictures on the wall.and the top hat Spring celebrations items, homely tissue, cookie jar for snacks and decorated egg on the bedside table are very nice! Very nice wood texture of the furnishings through the room.
It is a very beautiful Springtime guest bedroom for the Bunny! Thank you very much for entering this week’s challenge

Shadow Splay is a lovely craftsman family home! Very nice exterior design and you have reflected the inspiration home very well! The flowers along the home edges are very pretty! Very nice sitting area on the front porch and the plants are nice for sims to look at whilst sitting there. The back patio red and white outdoors dining and bbq area is very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and dining at the table. The gardening nook is nice! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! Very lovely warm yellow and brown colours of the living and dining areas. Very nice sofa sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv, listening to music, reading books and have fun playing chess. The curtains are pretty! The landscapes, portraits and fruit wall art in the dining room are very nice.The kitchen design is lovely! Very nice warm wood texture of the furnishings and the gingham wall pattern is very nice. Lovely design of the bedrooms. The bunk beds in the kids room are great! The rabbits and unicorn wall prints are cute!

Bathory Bower is a very lovely Victorian Gothic mansion! Very beautiful exterior design! The red colour and the windows used are lovely! The interior furnishings and design are so very elegant ! Very beautiful colours, curtains, patterned walls and wall paneling! The patterned floor tiling is very lovely! Very nice design and furnishing of each level, room and area! The two basement levels are great! Very special vampire area with the coffin!

Snowy Sports Study is a lovely study themed on snowy sports! Very nice white, grey, black and red colors, and the patterned flooring is lovely! The snowy mountains wallpaper suits the room theme so very well! Very nice furnishings! The corner red armchairs nook is very nice for Timothy to enjoy reading books from the red bookcase, and the snow activities themed pictures on the wall are great! It is great that there are snowy clothing and equipment shelves either side of the door, to hang up the items when coming indoors to study. Very nice corner study desks areas him to do homework on and read the school study books that are on the desk in one corner, and do studies on the computer in the other corner nook. The open book, and group of books on the desks are nice. The snow sports prints near the homework desk are great! It is great there is a notice board on the wall to remind him of upcoming activities. The school bag is a great touch! The red colour of the study chairs are very nice.The wall clock is great to keep track of time. Very nice patterned curtains.
It is a very nice study based on snow themed sports activities! Thank you very much for entering this week’s challenge

Ooh, I love the library! It looks very stately and impressive! As libraries should be! ;) I also really like Shadow Splay and Bathory Bower. Not sure what it is. I love stone, I guess.
