      Same, I find AHQ really vexing to navigate.

      That's weird, I thought that Answer HQ was a support forum, not a normal forum. I really hope not.

      They got rid of the Bioware forums several years ago also. I used to love going there and talking with other fans about Dragon Age and Mass Effect. Hopefully the Sims forums won't follow suit.

      i dunno it seems that this forum is super active, but i hope the sims forum doesn't follow suit. i think Answers HQ is a support forum, but it is also used for feedback as there is a General discussion tab for the sims 4. (obviously only the newest sim game and not any other ones)

      I've noticed that comment sections and forums that get shut down are frequently the ones where the participants have grown more and more hostile or toxic and require a lot of moderation to keep civil and within the guidelines. The host deems it more trouble than it's worth and shuts it all down.
      The manner in which people choose to express themselves matters.

      They’re both EA game forums...I think 🤔. I’m not super video game literate.

      I'd hazard a guess the battlefield forums were not super active. Could be wrong, but... considering how active these forums are, they'd essentially be pulverizing part of their own community to try to shove it over to AHQ. I could see them doing some new-fangled "restructuring" if/when there is a sims 5, but hard to imagine in the middle of things.

      Then again, I didn't think they'd do a thing like kit packs this late in either, so maybe I'm giving them too much credit.

      I've been around here off and on for a long time. Just earned my 9th year anniversary today! So yah, I wouldn't be happy if the Sims forums disappeared. :/
