More reckless speculation, users thinking the worst on someone finding anything to set a fire off on a forum to justify it.
This doesn't mean anything right now and there needs to be facts that can be relied on before a debate can work off it, otherwise it's just feeding wild imaginations to the point it has no point in itself.
Sure speculation can get a bit wild and assuming I agree. But everyone knows where they want to take the sims and it's not just speculation. I think we've had more than enough clues over the years starting with how ts4 started.
I know for a fact the owner or whoever is literally "itching" to turn this into microtransactions and online multiplayer. The sims is one of the few last standing games that doesn't do this and I bet the CEO feels like he's missing out on billions more money. Somebody spent 5000 in genshin impact to get a character 😑
But I'm also sure they know how much people are agaisnt it so they may do half and half like GTA
