    Hi, so I made a family home that was inspired by a blue suburban + blue beach house. :D:)

    This house comes with:
    • Living room + dining room,
    • Family size kitchen w/ island,
    • Laundry/cleaning room,
    • Small half bathroom,
    • Toddler room (neutral coloured),
    • Child or Teen single bedroom (themed yellow),
    • Master bedroom w/ ensuite + balcony access,
    • Office/Gamer-memorabilia themed room (Could be a '(wom)man' cave concept, etc),
    • Fenced outdoor yard with pool + seating + BBQ area.

      Little Blue Beach Home is a lovely family home! :) Very nice exterior design, wood sliding and pretty blue colour! The flower box window is pretty and very nice string lights on the upper balcony! The outdoors dining, bbq and pool patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy the nice setting of pretty flower beds and string lights whilst eating meals there. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The wood texture of the furnishings is very nice. The design and open plan layout of the living and dining area is very nice! The fruit bowl is homely touch on the dining table. Lovely sofa and armchair sitting area for sims to enjoy reading books, watching tv, listening to stereo music and having drinks from the drinks tray. Very nice kitchen design! The island stools counter is great! The flowers are pretty. Very lovely design and colour scheme of each of the bedrooms! The computer study desk nooks in each one are great! The hives shelving look great with the items on it. Very nice bedroom area for sims to enjoy playing the computer.
      Sims will enjoy living there :)
