Here is a short tutorial on how to disable the dust accumulation from the Bust the Dust Kit for The Sims 4. I also noticed it seems to disable the sparkling feature as well.

@simskeleton thank you, I didn't buy the dust pack because I didn't want to deal with the dust but I did want the vacuum

The game is now overriding this. Is there a mod out there to kill this pack?
