All Traits in CAS (ATICAS) mod replacement?

I used to use this mod that made every trait available in the game including ones you earn in-game, available in CAS right from the start. However, I recently learned that the mod is no longer being supported and we aren't supposed to use it unless we play the legacy version, which I don't. Does anyone know if this still actually works in the non-legacy version of the game? Is there another mod like this somewhere I could use instead?
