Bought it on origin but it’s not coming up under my worlds on sims 3 website and I redeem the code but it’s too short to register

You have to go to the "My Store Account". You can either get to it by clicking on your name in the upper left-hand corner or the Store tab on the old site. On that page you will see "Redeem a cash card", "Redeem a code" and "Preferences". Redeem a code is the one that you want as that has the 4 boxes instead of the 5 boxes for the game...😀
