Beatrix Potter books for Sims 4 (now found)

Hello,
I was looking for Beatrix Potter books for the Sims 4 but couldn't find them anywhere.
I finally found them, it was at Around the Sims 4 by the creator Sandy and it was under the heading 2020 Advent Calendar. It isn't all Beatrix Potter but a combination "Peter Rabbit and Little Brown Bear". They are readable books and there is a bear toy included.
I just wanted to share a picture of my toddler reading one of the Peter Rabbit books because the CC creator did an incredible job, and maybe someone else would like these books. I hope the picture isn't too big.
