I look forward to introducing ...or reintroducing, rather, a new character. I hope you enjoy reading!

I left some comments on your wordpress, but I chose to read most chapters rather silently this time. I didn't have much brain mass left for commenting :D
Next time it will be more elaborate again!

Callianassa reminds me of someone, but I can't quite figure out who it is. Maybe that's what Thaleia sees, too? Or it could be completely wrong, since my face recognition skills are less than sufficient :D

Anyway, I think Callianassa will find a lenient and kind queen in Molpe. If she allows it, she will have a quiet and fulfilled life with some of the tribe members as friends, at least that's a possibility that I can see. But of course she must mourn Camilla, it's probably been a goodbye for life after all.

It truly is a mystery, really

Molpe is a much kinder queen than a lot of people are used to, and as such, Hesperia has become something of a sanctuary to those who need it. And yes, Camilla is not likely to be seen again, and for Callianassa that's a pretty big deal. She doesn't have a lot of people that she's close enough with to love, but Camilla was one of them.

I hope you enjoy seeing how this will play out, but it'll likely take some time to do so - I hope you enjoy further chapters!

1.72: Actually, I'm not sure Molpe would react so "bad" to Anikka wanting a child. It's what is expected from her, like from all Amazons, at some point. I think what made her annoyed with the shorter hair is that she probably liked it and that it was not what is expected (even though I think that it isn't unusual to do it). Maybe she also thought that Anikka was doing it because she wants to learn to fight better (hair would just be annoying then) and she was scared. Who knows.

1.73: Yes, more pups and kittens! Bring them on, Kallisto! That moon diadem suits Thaleia so well, it makes her kind of mysterious. It contradicts her childish demeanor which is fine though, I like that she can be a child for now and just play. Molpe is right. That's a good time.

1.74: Oooh, new boys? Wow, that is a lot! With Amazons tending to be a little superstitious, I can imagine why Anikka would want to wait for "luckier" times :D My heart goes out to Garath and Gariel though with Gariel being such a cute and amazing brother :bawling: Go, Gariel! And I love the name you chose for Sarpedon... I'm kind of a Sarpedon fangirl in the Iliad so I love the thought of Kallisto having a son with that name :D
I'm not crying because Gariel is so cute with the kiddos :bawling: Asking Sarpedon if he wants to play, too. I'm sure he will want to one day, seems like he's just a little more on the shy side

1.75: Oh my, more names from the Iliad :D I do admit that although I'm doing that myself, it always confuses me because those names are "taken" in my mind.
Lots of tasks for one woman, but at least Kallisto has some help! And Meleagre is helping in her own way, too. Those kittens are absolutely adorable and I can see the priestesses adoring them once they're grown and elegant. I can see you sleeping in front of the bed, Euridice! :D

Whoops, I missed a chapter lol

It's kind of a duty for old women to tell the younger ones they will go soon and talk about what comes after that, right? At least it seems like that with my grandma as well :D She doesn't do it as extensively as Clodia, though.
It's good to see that the royal women of Sirena still have heartfelt love for each other despite their roles. They've still stayed human

Ooh, lots of stuff to respond to, thank you! Okay, I'm rolling up my sleeves...

1.72: It's definitely not unusual for Anikka to cut her hair, but she's also definitely exaggerating a lot. She knows her sister feels very protective towards her, and she's trying her best to be more independent. In short, she's acting like every young adult when they first count as a real adult. Molpe's unlikely to react badly, per se, though I think it'll be strange for her given that Anikka is her baby sister, and especially given that she's taken more of the mother role since they came to Hesperia. But Anikka's making mountains out of molehills for sure.

1.73: I was so excited when I found the moon diadem, and I've also found the perfect crown for Thaleia when she does take the throne. That's a while away yet, though! And as queen, Molpe rarely gets this much time to spend with her daughters. (And yes! Kallisto is doing her duty as a Tamer!)

1.74: Yes, there are so many boys! Poor Marcella is definitely feeling the strain of being a provider, and I think it won't be too long before the Provider's hut is made bigger. Garath and Gariel do at least have each other, and Gariel is determined to look out for his brother. As for Sarpedon, I'm so glad you like his name! He's very much more of a shy and gentle character, and I can't wait for him to be more of a character later on. But yes, as the oldest boy around, Gariel is super responsible and kind.

1.75: I know what you mean! I always feel a bit hesitant when it comes to names, but they are names, so I just have to be brave and use them! Kallisto really is settling in nicely, and she's a very confident person, so she's a lot of fun to write.

1.76: Clodia's softened quite a bit in her old age, because of her family. When she was younger, she was a lot sterner, and very strict, as well as a great military presence, so she knows she's leaving big boots to fill. However, she truly does love her family, and cares greatly for her grandchildren. I like checking in with the other people around my little world to give a sense of the passage of time.
