Modern House BSG + Eco is a lovely modern eco style home! It was great that you could try out the eco living pack! You have reflected your inspiration home so very well! Very nice wood and grey/blue walls. The solar panels and wind turbine look great on the roofing! The flower boxes are pretty! Very nice water fountain feature. The open plan interior layout and the furnishings are very nice! The blue colour scheme is lovely! The design of the tv. and bookcase and shelves area is great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofas watching tv and listening to gramaphone music,or enjoy playing chess or the guitar.

Made a new build using the 'open basement' technique. It's a big 5 bed/4bath classic house this time. While classic is definitely not my strong suit, it is sometimes a nice change of pace Also had to use this fix to remove the phantom shadows created by the platform in the basement...
Classical Big Home Basegame is a lovely family home! Very nice exterior design, great roofing, lovely planterbox windows and sunny sunflowers either sides of the sitting area on the front porch! Very nice back balcony with pretty flowers along the railings edges. The interior furnishings, open plan layout and floor rugs are lovely! The basement/lower area design is great!

Villa Mistral is a lovely modern basegame home! The exterior design is very great and very stylish architecture and roofing! You have reflected your inspiration so very well! The water fountains are pretty. Very nice pool and loungers patio. The interior furnishings and open plan layout are lovely! Very nice black and white colour and the touches of pink add a great look to the room areas. Very nice living room sitting area to enjoy watching tv and listening to piano music. Very nice corner computer study desk nook in the bedroom and the blue and white colours are very nice.
@Jade47 thank you so much! though I don't often do the actual designing, since I model after existing builds. I'm so happy there's plenty of inspiration and challenges out there though! Villa Mistral and the Eppich House were really nice ones ^_^
@Admiral8Q That's funny, but what's funnier is that second pic has nicer furniture than most of us university students had in the 90s. A high back chair like that would have been considered luxury.
