The Stuart era takes place in Sulani, which represents the Caribbean islands. Similar to Strangerville in the Tudor era, I took an approach of imagining an alternative history in which indigenous Caribbeans lived in harmony with visiting and immigrating British citizens.
All of the households in this era are Townies so they won't have much in the way of backstory - instead you'll have to guess who they all are!
British Traders and their Trade Ship
These traders go back and forth between Britain and Sulani, buying and trading and selling everything they can get their hands on.
Pirates and their Pirate ship
This motley crew will likely battle you a few times as you fight for power on the high seas... Their pirate ship is pretty grand, with space for 8 sims plus a private Captain's quarters
Taino Farmers
These farmers benefit from the rich volcanic soil, growing the most beautiful flowers and tastiest crops in all of Sulani
Market
This market is a great space to trade, meet with friends and get some delicious fresh barbecue.
Stationed in Sulani, their job is to enhance Sulani-British relations by protecting the locals from marauding pirates. Unfortunately, his majesty didn't send his absolute finest.... can you spot who they are?
A Taino family and their treetop home
This magical family live in the wilds of the rainforest. The son has recently become engaged to a British girl that moved to Sulani in search of new adventures. Recognise them?
I haven't quite finished the Georgian era, but I promise it is coming any day now!
In the meantime, I've now reached 4000 gallery downloads so I just want to thank anyone on the Forum who has ever visited my gallery (EmersedCrown) and downloaded something. It has been so much fun making all these builds and there's still 200 years of British history to go!
I'm sorry this second half is late - life got a bit hectic!
But, here we go: The Georgian Era Part Two
A Country Pub
This pub is called The Gnome because of all the gnomes hidden around the premises.
The British Army and their Military Academy
This group of sims is made up entirely of pre-made townies - can you spot who is whom? They are the young, wealthy aristicrats who have been sent to military academy to finalise their education, but will probably never see battle. They are led by veteran solider who served as a Captain in the war of 1776.
This academy can be made residential or a gym lot. Either way, it is styled after a real Georgian military academy: Sandhurst. (BTW, I have no idea how I didn't notice that the grid pattern was still on - nor do I have any idea how I managed to turn it on in live mode!)
The Landgrabbs and their Manor
Was there any other era they could go in? They may have travelled back two centuries, but they are still as glamorous and money hungry as ever…
The Fengs and their Mansion
When I finally get to play this era myself, I will totally create an epic Landgrabbs vs Fengs rivalry... TBH, on houses alone, the Fengs win.
I'm still in the process of making the Victorian era, so I thought I'd post more frequently as and when I completed the different builds and households. As always, there will not be any CC and all of it can be downloaded from my gallery (EmersedCrown)
Today, meet the Sigworths and their home
Dylan and Jess Sigworth are a typical Victorian middle-class couple: he is a doctor while she stays home and cares for their daughter.
They are also both committed feminists, with Jess spending a lot of her time organising protests with Dylan and other suffragettes.
Their goal is simple: change the world so that their daughter does not have to live up to the same stereotypes and expectations as other Victorian women.
Their is your typical small-but-respectable middle class home. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a WC, a study, a living room, a dining room, a loft and a basement scullery.
Shops include: pub, restaurant, bookshop, clothes shop, florist, furniture shop, music shop and art gallery! Just watch your step, there’s a fair amount of horse poop on the street...
This lot can just be retail, but there’s also two empty floors which are ready to be filled with apartments if you fancy making it residential!
1. This household ISN'T Townie, so they actually have a backstory!
2. I really love the build, so I've shared more photos of it than usual
On its surface, St. Bart’s Boarding School is like any other school:
And just like any other boarding school, everyone has a secret...
The Headmaster and Schoolmistress are professionals by day and lovers by night. If they were ever caught, one or both of them would be made to leave.
And they are not the only secret relationship in the school. This one is secret for different reasons: not because it is forbidden, but because the boys are still new to this and trying to figure out what these new feelings mean.
The other boys have no-one to share their secret with and so, they face their dreams and nightmares and late-night trips alone...
I know it isn’t remotely Christmas, but the Victorian era is where this holiday really hit its commercial and cultural swing, so I have to have a few builds based around it!
One of my favourite ever builds. A retail 30x20 lot. I didn't feel like the photos did it full justice. so I also made a video tour which you can see here
As always, there's no CC in there and it is up on my gallery at EmersedCrown
I actually really enjoyed creating the video for the toy shop, so I've decided to start doing it all the time! You can see the video on the Tumblr here (I don't think there's a way to post the video directly into the forum, right?)
This club will serve all of your gentlemen's cigar-smoking, whiskey-drinking, affair-having needs.
Victorian Era Part 11: the Rasoyas and their cottage
The Rasoyas left British India for England, deciding that they wanted to try the cooler weather. They bought a small cottage and are greatly enjoying the cold and snow. Still, they have dreams of getting somewhere bigger.
Raj is a lawyer and recently started a practice of his own. He is loving the climb to power and has no time to settle down and deal with the domestic tasks like finding a new home - he spends all his time at his office anyway.
That’s fine with his mother, Geeta - she has her own life to enjoy. She spends most of her time running her cafe, and any remaining time in the arms of her new beau.
So.... out of laziness I did not update my email on my sims forum account ever. It was a super old email of my husband's that he never used anymore. He did not know that I hadn't changed it from this, and got EA to delete the account - thereby deleting my EmersedCrown account!
That's why I have a new name and am back to being a 'new member' with no profile picture, but I promise it is the same me!
With that being said, new members cannot post images on the forum - so I need your help.
Please like, insightful, or awesome this comment to help me build back up my forum points as fast as possible so I can get posting the builds again - I've got three ready and waiting! So typical!
As usual, thanks for sticking with this thread and following. I hope this slight issue will get resolved soon and I will be back to posting pictures in a jiffy.
In the meantime, the Tumblr is still completely up to date and all my most recent builds are on the gallery.
For more likes and posts, I recommend to post parts from your gameplay in the - what's happened in your game threads. It exists two. The original, where I have gained my membership with posting from my game and one non-story-related for those Simmers who feel intimidated by the original thread, created at the time where mostly stories were written in the original thread in the general dicussion forum. Although you are never obliged to answer on notifications in both threads.
We're are nice there, giving much likes and awesomes. Many new members got their full membership with posting in these threads.
I hope to see more pictures from your game soon again. 😀
I realised I haven't updated the thread with the most recent version of the challenge!
Not only is there a version 1.6 (I have only linked up to 1.4), but there are also now three smaller versions of the challenge which splits the timeline into chunks:
1. The Dark Age: Iron Age to Medieval 2. The Golden Age: Tudors to Victorians 3. The Modern Age: Early 20th Century to 00s
You can check out the latest version plus the smaller versions here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhR5s55weakqfObv2MqiIygbcTE?e=UxIQcJ
It is a link to my OneDrive with no Ads.
Many thanks to @Kironide whose question on the challenge suddenly sparked my memory that I hadn't updated.
As a side note, I'm starting to actually feel quite bummed that my original account is gone. I feel like such an imposter and hate that I cannot interact with my old posts and I'm so limited in what I can do :( OK, sad rant over. Keep Calm and Carry On. Stiff Upper Lip. All that British-mental-health-harming nonsense... :p

Carib Villagers and their village
Can you spot the Townies who have been taken back in time to become a group of Carib (indigenous Caribbean) villagers?
A Bar and Inn
Meet the Fishing Family and their fishing hut
Can you spot which Townie household has been taken back in time and transformed into a Carib fishing family?
Dad is the fisherman, while mum runs the local Inn and is celebrated for her fishcakes. They have two kids, a dog and a cat…

I now stream the Sims 4 on Twitch!
My Discord Server - A place to discuss my challenges, or the Sims in general
This era takes place in Britchester because that place gives MAJOR Georgian England vibes.
As usual, all of the households and builds are on my gallery (EmersedCrown)
Part One
The Calientes and their Georgian Townhouse
Not gunna lie, they give me major 'Cinderella's evil step-mother and ugly step sisters' vibes...
Georgian Tearoom
Georgian Library
I remodelled Wyvern Hall into a library!
Georgian Museum
I also remodelled Drake Hall into a museum with a little café courtyard.
Final part of the Georgian era to come tomorrow!
But, here we go: The Georgian Era Part Two

The vicar, his wife and daughter are originally a Townie family - can you spot who?
The father is the vicar of a small village. A popular vicar, he likes to sprinkle jokes into his sermons.
His wife is also popular, thanks to her kindness and generosity.

Their daughter attends the local school and - like most kids her age - cannot wait for the school holiday, and being grown up generally.
The vicarage sits just behind the church, so the vicar has a nice short commute everyday! (both are built on one 40x30 lot)
Victorian terraced houses are a staple of British architecture - making these, it really felt like I was recreating every street I'd ever known.
Here, we've got four houses here. Each house is filled with a different Townie household. Can you spot who is who?
Was there any other era for these two?
OK, today's post is quite long for two reasons:
1. This household ISN'T Townie, so they actually have a backstory!
2. I really love the build, so I've shared more photos of it than usual
On its surface, St. Bart’s Boarding School is like any other school:

OK, so, this one doesn't exactly look Victorian. But, there's no denying it is mega British - the football pitch. It's a 30x20 park lot.
It includes a bathroom, two changing rooms and a little cafe to get your cups of tea and greasy burgers.
I know it isn’t remotely Christmas, but the Victorian era is where this holiday really hit its commercial and cultural swing, so I have to have a few builds based around it!

One more Christmas-themed lot. Complete with Santa’s grotto, ice rink, market and playground on a 50x50 park lot.
That's why I have a new name and am back to being a 'new member' with no profile picture, but I promise it is the same me!

Victorian Era Part 13: Town Park
This is the Christmas Fayre lot when it is used as a regular park
