Mod to Buzz in Other Sims through Locked Gate?

I have no idea under which category to place this. Please forgive me, if I selected the wrong one.
I have a Global Superstar and anytime I unlock the gates to allow for invited guests and/or family to visit, invariably his Stan comes in. Now, this is problematic, as many a time, the Stan lurking about has gone unnoticed by me. Stans are notorious for 'taking' what they consider mementos from their Idol's homes. I don't wish to have to constantly replace one of his many Awards, or other stuff, like the double bed on the third floor apartment and the luxury computer and desk, dresser ends tables, etc. that have recently taken a 'walk'. It's irritating at best. Most gates that provide security for the rich and fabulous, have a call box by which the occupants may buzz the caller inside. It would even be cute if the interaction was either through the cellphone, or a pop-up with the Sim gives their name. Then the resident can simply push a button, or perhaps select the proper key on the cellphone. Voila, the gates open and in they come.
I have tried the mod that allows us to let certain Sims from the guest list to just come in. Sadly, you have to be watching the entire time, so that when they arrive you can click on the Sim to let them in. In the meantime, who knows what the Sims throwing the gathering are busy doing whilst awaiting their invited guests and/or hired help to arrive? I'm uncertain which is more difficult, quite frankly.
I have discovered a way to allow for the hired help to just enter, which is cool. But that leaves the other Sims, expected, standing across the street on a small patch of grass. Just hanging around. OOFFDDAA.
If there is such a mod, or if someone with the know-how is willing to take up the task, I would be delighted to know.
