One thing I would love to see in CAS is some actual eyelashes, because the black line pretending to be eyelashes just doesn't cut it once you've downloaded CC ones. I would also really love some throw blankets and pillows to decorate with, as well as more paintings that have matching frames but different painting swatches.

The Gallery doesn't save all type of relationship, it would be wonderful if CAS could be allowed to restore them.
Self Discovery update : Character Values
Adults born in CAS didn't have a childhood so the game could detect their Character Values when GP05 Parenthood is installed.
Wingmate relationship
Wingmate is a role that a person may take when a friend needs support with approaching potential romantic partners and will help them avoid attention from undesirable prospective partners.
I would love a social option for "amicable divorce"💍. Separation isn't always mean or a bad thing. I can already imagine the moodlets - sims with traits like commitment issues, loyal, jealous, and etc. would react differently.
You know what would be cool, a polyamorous relationship option! Like if you wanted certain sims to be polyamorous and then there can of course be a preference for the sim to not like polyamory. Just a cool thought.
A Distant sim likes social interactions but doesn't feel the need to talk to strangers.
NPC townies with Distant won't autonomously talk to strangers or acquaintances met recently.
It bothers them when somebody come to talk to them in restaurant, bar and dance club, they will shorten the conversation and will refuse new social interactions with this sim.
But they don't refuse to socialize through fun activities (dance, games, ...).
Slow Dancing club and speakers
In this venue, the default dance is Slow Dance, the NPC townies who visit this lot come in couple from teen to elder.
Village Fete
A festive venue with a banquet table (+ NPC chef) and fun activities where the sims can dance too from 11am to 2am.
I'd love to see wheelchair bound Sims if it's possible (even better if you can give them different levels of mobility) Functional binders you can wear stuff over instead of the binder just being the top Unnatural hair colors like pink or blue being available to all ages and able to be passed down like any others, I frankly don't think a baby being born with blue hair is too much of a stretch when they can be born with blue *skin* and also as fantasy beings and with crazy eye colors (it honestly throws me off more having them all inexplicably get blonde hair as if every parent with dyed pink hair is naturally light blonde.... my own mom has dyed red hair and she's a natural *brunette*) Disable hearing aids for random, as another thread I've seen has discussed Prosthetics and absent limbs (both for people and pets) Could be interesting to have Servos be able to have babies that are robots they build and upgrade as they age kinda like in the Robots movie Heterochromia for people Sims Eyepatches/missing eyes
I’m not holding my breath, I would love to have different types of Ultrasound objects to be adding in the sims 4 for pregnant sims to checking on their unborn babies to see if they are healthy, what gender the babies are, ask the doctor for the picture of the babies. And another Ultrasound objects for checking sims any organ to see no sign of injuries, illness, & taking images of sims organ. Maybe It would probably fit in with an Dangerous Pack if you want to use the ultrasound object to find out if your sims get injury at the wrong place at the wrong time, get poison from eating plants, food poison, doing dangerous sports like rock climbing, mountain climbing, skiing, snowboard, & etc.
Can we get the Customizable Swings back from The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 please? I don't really like the fact how the swing sets only come with 2 slots and not more

Lol, I still try to put two swing sets together like in Sims 2.
A friendly behavior when these 2 sims are together but in the back they are enemies who dislike each other (spread awful gossip, reveal secrets, sabotage friendship/romance, ...)
The Hacking skill would give the ability to hack the bots, Servos, Lin-Z, ... to turn them against a sim (100% negative relationship).
This skill could also be used to cheat to video games including Geekcon competition.
It could be used to get fake followers to social media, Social Bunny or any social network services.
The sims could create the Skynet virus that initiate the rise of the machines.
Rise of the Machines
Servos and Lin-Z could plan the Rise of the Machines and be hostile to all the sims.
There is a high chance that the electronic devices and appliances will cause a fire or electrocution due to the rebellion.
After that, the sims will fear the machines.
In addition it would be nice if Servo and Lin-Z could be friends easily, become best friends and start a romance.
The same way that Plantsims can socialize with plants, Servo should be able to socialize with electronic devices.

Omg wait do they work with MOO cheat on? If you combine them somehow...hmm I may need to test that...however I wish Maxis could bring the custom swings back to The Sims 4...and what about the custom sofas? I am not sure if the Dream Home Decorator module sofas where what most players wanted...

More drama at work, after the rival the sim will find an attractive/compatible coworker or boss.
It could cause some problems if this sim has already a partner or cause troubles at work.
"Unflirty Sims will react negatively to Sims who perform romantic interactions near them."
I mean kids who think adults kissing each other is gross.
