I really want Genies back for The Sims 4. We already have the Courtyard Oasis Kit featuring architecture of Morocco, and I think an entire town/world based around an area from that country (or even another North African country, like Egypt) would be very fitting for the inclusion of Genies. I would love it if Genies were very in depth like the other occults have been so far, and they could be found in lamps and also bottles. Maybe also can be found in other random or mysterious objects, further going into the lore of the Djinn. I would like to have the option to create Genies in CAS again like we could back in the Sims 3 days and have them be a part of the family once my Sim has freed them, or move them into the household. My Sims could even make a wish to be a Genie themselves and become one, allowing them to grant wishes for other Sims too. I think the developers could truly add a lot of gameplay with Genies, especially for a new world based around them, with several new outfits (traditional genie attire) and objects for the home. Maybe the new world could actually be an alternate dimension, where the Djinn have been said to exist. Our Sims could travel to their world and meet them there, or have the option to live there. Literally, there is countless possiblities the developers could do with this occult, and I feel the Sims 3 was on the right path when they included them in gameplay. I feel this occult deserves much more attention rather than simply be pushed aside.

1. Upgraded Ghosts (+ Ghost babies!!) 2. Other Pets/Animals: Horses, Unicorns, Pegasus, Dragons, Deer's, Rodents, Birds, ect 3. Togglable (On/Off Feature): Zombies & Playable Pets <-- incase not everyone wants these :} 4. Occults: Fairies, Genies, Gnomes, Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits, ect 5. Imaginary Friends. 6. Updated Aliens & Plantsims <- Plantsims are actual occults & both have the 'Copy to' feature in CAS like Vampires 7. NO human Sim knows if another is an occult unless said occults revealed to be one. 8. Occult related Traits/Aspirations <- Occult Hunter/Protector, Non-Believer(won't believe in them even if one revealed to be one), ect
That's to name a few otherwise my list will go on & on-

I would love if they added a feature into Cottage Living where you could have pet rabbits, as the animations and interactions already exist. They could make a hutch object which you could click on to buy rabbits, so you can have them outside of Henford-on-Bagley.

All I want is to be able to put multiple houses and lot types into one lot. I want to be able to build functional townhouses and apartment buildings, shopping centers with cafes, libraries, restaurants, etc. instead of stand alone stores.. it is so frustrating that this isn't possible, especially with big lots in pretty much every world.
Pre teens! Now that they've shown they can add a new life stage to the base game, I would love to see another life stage added between child and teen. It is too drastic of a transition right now from like an 11 year old to a 16 year old when they age up. They're blowing through multiple birthdays when they blow out the candles. Lets see a life stage where the child gains some height and other slight changes. Also, teens are just narrow adults with less personality traits.
Shopping malls. I'd also love a new part time retail career where teens and up actually work an active retail career in store for folding clothes, or maybe being a food vendor and taking orders, or maybe the mall security job mentioned could be one and the objectives are to patrol mall, discipline people misbehaving, catching shop lifters, etc.. And of course, more stores to actually shop, along with a food court. I think it would be a great game pack that maybe comes with either a small world with 5 lots, OR not world at all and just the new careers and mall lot type.
CARS PLEASEEEEEEE I BEG. I love the fixer upper car from previous games.
An arcade pack would be awesome. An actual arcade lot type, a bumper cars object, more arcade games (claw machine, pinball, Skee-Ball, whack-a-gnome, games to win prizes, etc. and it would be a great place to host kid birthday parties.
Shopping malls were in the 2020 survey, they were mentioned for "all of your shopping needs under one roof!" and I realllyyyy hope they add them to the game. I miss letting my sims shop like in the sims 2. I'd love that system but more enhanced (for what TS4 is capable of lol)
I would love to see some more living room furniture that could be interacted with or have more shelving space. Like the hutches, if we could store things in there, or like Ikea cube shelves like the cubbies but so we can add clutter to them.
