Baby Pram for newborn baby life stage (before infant)
This. I kind of want an new features that you can be able to move or drag your babies in any different newborn bassinet. And maybe Sims (from maybe kid, teen, young adult, adult, & elder) can be able to travel & maybe push babies in a Baby Pram or bassinet stroller any places in the world.

Boats that hold more than one sim, a world that you can discover new islands/lots while boating and either build on them or keep them as unspoiled beaches. Possibly get shipwrecked.
Bands/singer pack - I want various types of stages that can be placed on different lots and you can book gigs at venues with stages. If a venue has a stage sometimes bands will play there. Calendar updates that shows when different bands will be at different places.
I think children, teens and students should all get summer break. I don't really care much for winter or spring break because they have days off on account of Bunny Fest and Winter Fest, but we can't really set summer vacation without putting the whole family on vacation. Also, would be nice if sims in teacher jobs would get summer vacation too. Also, we need to be able to have personalized calendars for each household and be able to ignore some of those unwanted holidays like neighbourhood brawl day.
Small updates that EA should add for better gameplay! You can comment our ideas in the comments. To make it short I will only state one idea. sims should move in with a household and only be able to control specific sims. For example. Sim 1 and sim 2 got married. We get the option to move in, we click yes. Select which sim we want to control and which sim we do not want to control. Basically live with a household of NPC.
IRL not all families are living in the same country, it would get more sense if Stay Over guests could come from a far location (Vacation destination).
In return our sims could be their guests when they go in vacation.
With the home worlds, there is no reason to do Stay Over guests because our sims can visit/invite them everyday as if they were their neighbors.
IRL it's not the same experience between when I go to see my sister who lives in another city and when I fly to see my grandmother who lives on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
I'd love to see a baking pack! We have a career for cooking, but baking is only a skill. Sure, we could buy a cupcake machine, but that's the only update to baking that I know of. The baking career can have two tracks: baker/patissier, or chocolatier. It would obviously include more baking recipes, and more shop items (like rolling pin, convection oven, cake/cupcake stand). Also, there could be a part-time job option as a beginning baker or decorator for teens to start out. This focuses more on the sweet side of baking, but there could also be a path for savory baking (bread, pies, etc.). It would also give an interesting twist since a lot of these careers would have different shift times (early morning starts) so it would be cool to see our Sims adjust to early work hours.
Also, I've seen suggestions for horses, which I totally agree with! Having stables, interacting/bonding with and riding horses would be an awesome addition <3 Training horses careers, dressage events, camps for children/teens.
I have more ideas, but I'll post those later. :D These two are my favorite ideas though
I would love to get some Italian based world (something like small towns in Cinque Terre etc.) OR Scandinavian themed world. Basicaly a world with at least some older looking colorfull houses that would differ from the ones we have. With the Scandinavian world there could be maybe a city centre with older stone houses (apartments) and then suburbs with more modern houses and a lot of birch trees. :) Maybe also an area with traditional Finnish / Swedish cottages on a lakeside. Also Lofoten would be beautiful inspiration with some northern lights.

I would like an update that allows you to vacation on a haunted house lot.

IRL not all families are living in the same country, it would get more sense if Stay Over guests could come from a far location (Vacation destination).
