Custom paint on platforms and foundations

Hi all,
I know you can customize paint on platforms by using halfwalls, but I'm wondering if something similar can be applied to foundations so everything can look seamless from foundation to platform as far as paint? I'm also wondering if I can apply these same wall trims on curved platforms? I can't seem to figure out how.
