Per Sim Autonomy mod?

So I’ve been having a problem that I’m 99% sure is coming from Have Some Personality Please. My sims keep preforming inappropriate mean interactions, to the point that I’d go as far as say my sim’s seem to prefer them over other categories.
For an example on just how unjustified these interactions can be: I had two sims who had a good relationship, were having a pleasant conversation, were in a good mood, and who BOTH had the good trait. I stopped leading the conversation for a second and the two almost immediately went to yelling at each other, tanking their relationship.
I love HSPP. I don’t want to take it out of my game. I could in theory turn off automatous mean interactions entirely but I kind of like that there are some rude sims out and about the world. So is there a mod that can turn off different kinds of autonomy on a per sim basis? Or something a long those lines?
