How should Meadow Thayer pursue some potential drama?

Zane and Cassandra Goth are in University.
Zane is starting to renew some old feelings he has for Cassandra.
Meadow is also in Uni and is having some amorous feelings of her own.
She has recently met and become infatuated with Creative and Romantic Magnus Hull.
However, some new feelings about someone else is boiling to the surface.
Zane.
All those years together in the orphanage along with his sudden interest in Cassandra must be revealing some deeply hidden feelings.
Deep like molten lava rising to the surface.

Meadow and Zane go way back.
They grew up together in an orphanage.
Alongside five other children. (Two yet to arrive by this picture)
Being the oldest they had more responsibility and felt more like family.
As a teen, Cassandra Goth fantasized about becoming a vampire and living as a powerful child of the night.
She sought out Caleb and Lilith Vatore, hoping they would turn her. Caleb was less than enthused with the idea.
He sensed Cassandra was trouble and that trouble showed up in a red dress.
Bella Goth.
Cassandra's mother, and she was furious that Cassandra was in Forgotten Hollow, alone, and consorting with Vampires.
Well, parasites, as Bella put it.
She had plenty to say to her wayward daughter.
Cassandra ran off, highly embarrassed in front of her new friends.
Caleb was warned that he would be strapped to a table beneath the world's most powerful sunlamp if he ever came anywhere near Cassandra.
He didn't like threats, but felt Bella meant it.
Cassandra of course sought out Caleb again.
He wouldn't have anything to do with her, so Lilith told her she was better off seeking a teenage vampire in hiding on a island in Windenburg.
She new of the boy because she knew Meadow Thayer who lived with him. She brought along Alexander with the excuse of having him play with one of the boys in the orphanage.
Once inside she sought out her true target.
She set out to seduce him into turning her.
He was quite attractive, which made it all feel natural.
Having never fed on another person, it was an easy temptation for Zane when someone was offering herself to him.
Having what she wanted, she was out of there.
He was cute and sweet and all, but it might be best not to form an attachment.
She was off to live the life Vampiric and the powers that came with it.
The change came over her in a few days.
No horror show for her, she was going to be a vampire with style.
She enjoyed her training with Vlad and Lilith.
Caleb refused to train her.
Sneaking out of the house at night was effortless when you had a balcony outside your room and can take on the form of a bat.
She enjoyed the powers, but began to get bored with other aspects.
And perhaps began to feel a little guilt.
She felt she was becoming a slave to the thirst.
Later that year she enter Smuggsworth College Preparatory School.
She discovered Zane and Meadow were attending too. Having consulted the Encyclopedia Vampirica, she found a cure for vampirism and mixed up a concoction.
Zane was always a reluctant vampire, and since Cassandra was taking it, he took it too.
During their time at Smuggsworth Zane and Meadow became friends with Cassandra.
They enjoyed school together along with the vacation breaks between.
They continued their academic journey together at Britechester University,
where things are about to change.
Obviously it would be spicier and more interesting if she "deleted" Cassandra and dated Zane. Though, I think it is wiser and safer to date Magnus or, actually, anybody else but Zane. They shared a significant and important part of their past. And I would leave it at that. Friends? OK. Partners? Not smart.
My game has gotten a little more interesting since putting in the Have Some Personality Please and Whim Overhaul mods.
In combination with Sentiments, game play just seems more dynamic and interesting situations seem like they will become a common occurrence.
I am letting whims guide the game play now.
And also the progress of this vote. Unless it changes dramatically, it looks like Meadow with be testing the waters with Magnus and Zane.
A lot of light flirtations so far, with Meadow wanting to makeout with Magnus in the wardrobe room.
I assumed Cassandra is aware of Meadows flirts with Zane.
So she is going strategic instead of emotional. She got Zane out of the dorm for a while.
To meet her parents:
Mortimer built Bella a new home across the street from the old one.
He got on well with Mortimer.
You never know with this mod. Socials are a bit rapid fire and sims are performing socials you don't normally see.
Bella seemed more thrilled to see her daughter.
He's going to have to build up a relationship with Bella it seems.
He got best on with Alexander, scoring two sentiments.
I guess Alexander likes the idea of maybe a big brother-in-law.
Score one for Cassandra.
Yeah, it's an interesting situation to me.
Meadow and Zane are close, perhaps too close.
And Cassandra's teen years aren't the most flattering to her personality.
But people can change.
I've played these games too much.

She has a new interest now that gives her power without that icky blood business.
I'm not sure how things are going to play out now.
I added two mods for chemistry and attractiveness. It looks good on the UI, but I don't know how it will effect game play.
Magnus isn't looking all that hot to Meadow now. I believe the chemistry is bad because of a low skills set. His traits should be okay for Meadow.
I believe Zane is showing up as a sibling because I made the prep school counselor the primary care giver to all the students.
Zane like Cassandra.
But according to this, he prefers Meadow.
Really like the comparison of perceptions, looks like Zane is ahead in her perceptions but don't count Magnus out. Plus you never know, ole Zane might get pretty tired of gloomy ole Cassie in time. Zane and Meadow may yet get together.
I think I'm ready to count Magnus out, at least while they are in University.
Uni seems to have made him the sad crybaby with poor hygiene. There is no way Meadow would fall for this guy.
He spends most of his time crying in bed, the bathroom, changing into weird clothes, looking dirty and being smelly.
The cool thing is I am having so much fun in Uni now.
I know all these dormies I made over will probably disappear next term, but I can just organize them as a club and call them up anytime.
By the time all my sims are out of Uni, there is going to be a huge social group of potential love interests and then they can get serious about relationships.
Meadow and Zane went out to the student commons.
Meadow eventually led him to this more romantic corner of the campus.
And then she laid one on him.
Zane basically grabbed her on his own.
Well that was easy with no drama. Just get out of the dorm, or wait until the other two leave the dorm.
Not so easy.
I did not consider having a second floor would be problematic. I left Meadow talking to Magnus and went upstairs to see how cassandra was doing. And then I came back to this serious looking situation.
Actually it wasn't serious... until Zane planted one on Meadow.
"Whaaaaaaaat!"
"You see, this is why I like being unattached."
The dormies have been really cracking me up this play-through of Uni.
I think it's the mods.
Surprising, Magnus is easily placated.
I haven't declared anyone a boyfriend yet, so I guess that's it. I will save that for the final term of Uni.

Interesting colors in that place along with the lighting.
It's too bad the lot is only a 20x15. I had to remove the fishing hole and cram all my objects in.
Yuki and Magnus graduated before Meadow and Cassandra.
Outside of Uni, he's not a dirty, stinky crybaby. And since they have high chemistry and high physical attraction...
He stayed the night.
But before he left, he made her breakfast thanks to the bug that makes a sim cook, but not eat what they cook.
And he painted her a picture.
Which she used to raise her inspiration.
Magnus just might be the one, but I'll see if there is another alternative first.
Meadow sent her a message that she heard Yuki was friends with Magnus, which she thought was very cool.
