@LegacySims2017 I caught up this evening! The family is really growing so nicely. Whopper is fantastic! Do you think every generation will have a cat? And it was SO hard to vote! Really looks like you're having fun with the game.

I'm really enjoying the family and looking forward to Generation 2. Already putting plans together in my head for all three kids and then will follow through with whichever one becomes heir(ess). Not every Generation will have a pet, unless someone in the family gets the Cat Lover or Dog Lover trait. Both twins received the Cat Lover trait, so that is how Whopper came part of the family.
The chapters are pretty short. My kind of chapters as you know. A handful more chapters and I'll be moving onto Generation 2. If you haven't voted yet for heir(ess), there will be plenty of time first for you to catch up.

Better than I was. I had to take emergency leave since I got really sick with COVID in late February/March, and my husband ended up in the hospital actually. We're doing much better though. Adjusting to our new normal. I'm into my third full week back to work, things are settling into place, and I think I have more time to read SimLit... and hopefully write some too.

Glad you are feeling better. And the hubby too. I had a very mild case when I found out I had COVID. My symptoms only lasted a few days. I was forced to take 10 days off from work and the health department requested I isolate myself for those 10 days.

Yeah I remember you mentioning it. I was out for 3 weeks, then working part time from home for 2 weeks, then full time from home for 2 weeks, and now back to work in person a couple days a week. I'm 8 weeks out now. For me, I was sleeping all the time with no energy. Post Covid I'm dealing with brain fog and insomnia. It's different for everyone. My husband needed/ still needs oxygen after a 10 stint in the hospital. We just got it really bad.

I love Sulani, And I think it was a wonderful idea to have the family head there for some sun and sand. Poor Whopper, though, I hate when the pets run away and you get a sad moodlet. Glad that he came back. And there, making his debut in Sulani, the young teen Rick. lol Gah! He looks pretty hot as a teen, too! Woot! And those muscles! Wow! Must be all the water sports he does. I am really glad that they chatted for hours. Let’s hope there is a love connection between them 🙂 And you know, Rick makes cute nooboos, as I already did that test in the my Bachelor Challenge with him. Here's hoping that Rick sweeps Summer off of her feet and into the water and they sail away together

Even as ghosts, she’ll continue to stalk Levi.

Glad you liked the appearance. I have a feeling we'll see more of them.
