Is it ever not a scam with one of those phone calls? I'm not sure I've experienced a positive outcome.

Those silly moods taking too long to go away. I think I've always "cheated" them away with MCCC. But I like that you're actually making it a bit of a challenge and waiting it out. Feels more realistic. I'm just impatient. I think it's even worse in my game because I have roburky's Emotional Inertia mod and certain moods last longer. But I wanted my Sims to actually mourn the death of a loved one for a longer time, and lengthen some other emotional reactions so use the mod.

Vlad did do the welcome to the neighborhood, what a lovely neck text. It happened too fast to screencap it, so I left it out.

Regarding the phone call, that's the first time I ever got one of those.

I'm going to not use MCCC cheats on this gameplay. So I have to play the moods carefully. But as a painter, he'll almost always need to be inspired.

Need to get them to hang out more. His hubby was at the gym when Levi went there. But he just wanted to shower and get back home to paint.

I actually have/had? a mod in Ts3 that requires job interviews and there's a percentage chance that you won't get the job. It's fun for realism but it's kinda nice in game to be guaranteed a job.

Curtains. It's one of the first things I add to a build. Especially those enormous windows in apartments.

I'm highly suspicious of stalker girl. Is she killing off these other Sims? Or is it Vlad? This is a new save for you, right? I'm usually not notified until at least 2 weeks into gameplay in Sims time of deaths. I think you can turn off notifications with MCCC, but I know you're playing a vanilla game.

We have the ability to call firefighters now, right? Why not police?

P.S. did you name her Tina Peeping or was that the game? Either way, very fitting. Like olden days when people were named for their occupations.

I prefer the notifications to be on. I want to know when people get older, when people die, etc. I still have MCCC in this save, but I'm not using any of its cheating functions thing.

Tina Peeping is game created. You know how at community lots, the NPC has the red label under their name (such as Librarian)? Peeping Sims is her title.

Also, I'd like to point out I added 8 households to this gameplay from members of this community for whom I am following on their Sims Gallery page. These households have a sim or sims with traits just like Levi.

Chapter 1.09 introduces 1 of the 8 households. They are one in my tags, so I hope they enjoy the chapter.

I also don’t have that mod xD never heard of peeping sims or that mod before you announced it xD #livingunderarock

Sounds funny, but I think I’m gonna pass installing the mod too... I don’t want weird peeping Sims around my residence 😂

....reading further, that mod has the relationship attractiveness, so that is why Levi is attracted to these women.

If there’s anything different in the gameplay, we can highly assume it is coming from that mod.

A lot has happened since I last did a catch-up!

For one thing, Levi now has drapes! lol And a friend! Woot! And burned his darn tongue off at the Spice Festival. And then there is the lovely Essie that he just met. Things are going great for Levi.

The drapes do look nice, don't they? And so does Brent. Ha, ha. Levi hasn't put any romantic gestures on him, so I can hope that he's just happy to have a male friend to hang out with.

Levi still needs a lady friend to help with him with his Legacy. Essie is taken.

Ahhhh.... Essie. I was going to say she looks very much like Essie in my game and then.... she is! Thanks for including her, @LegacySims2017. That shirt though. So not her style but she's rocking it. Did I upload her before outfit categories for hot and cold weather? I might need to change that.
