How to get Mr. Big in The Sims 2 Nightlife?

How to get Mr. Big to spawn? I looked in various spots downtown but I haven't see him and I also tried the cheats in the mail box to get him to spawn but it doesn't work. Even doing the NPC maker cheat brings Mr. Big but it's always a version of him that is static & even after making him playable to remove the idle action he doesn't have everything the original Mr. Big does.

You just have to wait for him to wander onto a Community lot.
I have a Sim learn to meditate and they can wait there for a long time.

Or a mod which will give you the option to bring a Sim to your lot.

I notice Mr BIG/Diva and the slobs often call your phone randomly asking if you want to go downtown on an outing, might take some time but you will most likely get a call from them randomly every so often

Mr. Big is one of those some who don't show up until you go downtown a few times.
