Hey all,
If you are experiencing issues with The Sims 4 like black/blue screens, crashes or performance related issues, please keep in mind the minimum requirements for the game.
Unfortunately, if your computer is below minimum requirements, the game might not run as it should, or even at all. Please check out the minimum requirements below:

DISC DRIVE: DVD Rom Drive required for installation only
HARD DRIVE: At least 25 GB of free space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games
