Romantic Retreat is a very beautiful island Valentines Day retreat home! Very lovely exterior design, peaceful white colour and the palm trees are restful! The large glass windows bringing in sunlight and for lovely outdoors views, are very nice! The sunset and sunrise photos that you posted are lovely! Very peaceful chairs and loungers sitting areas on the decks looking out at the sea views! One of the decks is very nice for cooking meals on the bbq and eating outdoors in a very nice setting.Very lovely interior furnishings and warm, calming colours! The design and layout of each level and area is very nice
Teen Rock Room is a great rock themed teen bedroom! The guitar themed bed is very nice and the blue and orange room colors to complement it looks great!Very nice 2 tone curtains, and the layered patterned rugs are nice. The wall skateboards look great! Very nice armchair tv watching corner. Sims will enjoy playing the guitar and violin, and listening to stereo music. The male wall art with the clock as the head looks great!
Built for AlJay2000's Blueprint Builds. I built half of this then decided it looked like Applebee's and hated it so I had a little renovation. Now this is a more modern theme with blacks and reds all throughout and an Italian menu. I wanted to use a few ideas from my actual place of work so thats where the "wine wall" and the idea for the "waterfall" bar backdrop came from. Props to you if you know which restaurant I am talking about lol
This restaurant has 4 booths, two half booths, a few tables, a private party room, two sets of bathrooms, and two full bars with a few high top tables. Parking is located on the side and the employees have their own entrance in the back with some lockers to store their items and get ready for their shift. Outside the large windows on the right is a fountain for some nice scenery
Buon Appetito is a lovely modern restaurant! Very nice exterior design. the modern windows used are nice and the flowers are pretty along the edges! The water fountains feature is very lovely! Very stylish furnishing of the interior! The red and black colour scheme is very nice. Very nice patterned rugs through the restaurant areas. The wine wall where the host station is so very creative! It looks great! The red blossoms there are very pretty and waiter statue holding the roses looks great! Very nice dining tables , high top tables and booth dining areas. The red flowers are pretty on the booth tables. Very lovely bar counter area! The waterfall windows over the drinks shelves looks so very effective!
It is a very lovely restaurant to enjoy dining at
Another older build. I made a sim a while back who wears nothing but the gnome costume so he needed a home that was appropriate. This is his little gnome mound, just the front door showing this home is located under ground but you would almost never notice, little skylights have been added with an entire glass ceiling room in the rear. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. I tried to make it off the grid, I play tested to make sure everything was functional but I might have missed an item or two that isn't off the grid. (you can always take the trait off if you want). This lot is perfect for the sim who enjoys gardening
Gnome Mound is a lovely homely home! It is very nice that you built it for a sim that only wears the gnome outfit. It is special that you place gnomes in your builds to reflect your boyfriend The outdoors areas are lovely! The plants, flowers and greenery are pretty! Very nice gardening areas and it is great that Patchy is there! Very nice entrance area to the home! The curved roofing and stone textured walls are very nice. The layout and furnishing of the underground living areas are very lovely! Very nice warm natural colours and the wood texture of the furniture gives a great look and feel to the home areas. Very nice room for sims to enjoy doing woodworking and flower arranging. The glass ceiling over the top is very nice!
I am very very slowly making progress on my sim dream home. I keep changing my mind on things, but I had fun making this bathroom. It has a "new" vanity and a double sink in front with lots of counter space. A few windows to bring in some natural light (and it will have nice views of what I eventually build in the backyard ). There is a walk-in shower with a few decorations and a small seat, and a small closet area behind the door. Moveobjects on.
Now if only I could make the rest of the house be as cute as this.
Beach Dream Bathroom is lovely! Very pretty blue and white colours and the wall tiling is very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the room! The double sinks vanity design is very nice! The beauty items and hair dryer look great on the counter! The toothbrushes and soap are homely between the sinks. Sims will like wearing the bath robes. Very nice clothes closet! The walk in shower nook is great!

This one took me soooo long but I am actually pretty happy with how it turned out. I wanted to use all of the tricks and cool ideas I've seen over this past year while also making it a house I would actually want to live in. I always go into a little more detail in the slideshow but...
This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (not including the guest house which has a bed and a bath). I've seen a few houses before where the garage is connected with a room on the second floor and wanted a house with that design, I also wanted a great view from the main bedroom on the second floor and hidden. It has a beach theme master bath that I posted earlier here. Also this lot is meant for Oakenstead but could possibly fit in on any 50x50 lot.
There is also a 2 car garage, loft area is open to the living room below, and a sun room. The 3 other bedrooms in the house are themed to go along with the current kids in the legacy family I am currently playing, one is football themed, the second is jungle theme, and the third is a pink/princess theme. In the back yard is the guest house, a large pond, small fire pit and a few activities for kids. If you swim around the pond for a bit you might find the hidden beach area in the back corner.
Your Legacy Home is very lovely! It is a very special home! It was great looking at the picture in your tour of the home and reading descriptions of each one. It is very nice that you reflected aspects of your real life in the areas of the home. Very lovely design, colour and furnishing of each interior room and area! The exterior design and outdoors areas are beautifully designed!
The Harry Potter themed bedroom is great! The themed wallart on the side walls and the bedhead wall looks very nice! Very nice corner study desk nook! The open book on the desk and jars of potions and candles on the shelving looks great! Very nice red colour scheme of the room, and curtains are pretty! Very nice patterned rug. The windows stool area with a stack of books beside it is very nice for sims to sit and enjoy reading,
Over a year ago I made a park I named "perfect park".... it definitely should have been named something else I did not know about test playing your builds and found out months later quite a few things didn't work. So for my current Builders Wanted Challenge I decided to redo the old perfect park from scratch.
This park is all centered around the pond and large waterfall in the middle. Front left corner has a picnic area (4 tables, 2 grills), behind the cave in the back left is a event/wedding area, back middle is the greenhouse area with a few gardening/outdoor activities, back right is the bathroom/ logic tables/ and a small fishing spot. Small dog area along the right, front right corner is the children's playground, front center is a small sunken seating area with a functioning firepit.
I almost didn't finish this, I've had a lack of motivation to finish builds recently. (Too many exciting things happening in the future) So let me know what you think of the layout and landscaping, and if you have any creative criticism!
Your park is very nice! The pond is very nice in the middle area and the waterfall is pretty! The flowers on the edges of the pond are pretty! Each of the areas are very nice! It is great that there is a community garden greenhouse to enjoy growing and harvesting plants indoors. The easel area is very nice for sims to enjoy painting in the outside air. The kids playground area is great! Kids will have fun playing on the pirate ship. The design of the sunken firepit area is lovely! The sofas are very nice placed in a semi circle around the fire. Very nice picnic area! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bqq and eating the meals at the tables. It is very nice that sims can enjoy either enjoy dining in the sunlight, or eat at the tables in the covered area. Very pretty wedding arch area! The pink and white blossoms are lovely! The curtained pergola is lovely! Sims will enjoy sitting chatting on the sofas there to family and friends. It is great that sims can enjoy playing chess at the park at the chess tables.
Sims will enjoy visiting the park
The entrance and roof over the Gnome Mound looks so cosy; the double line of windows in the Legacy Home is very effectful; and the seating area in Perfect Park is so inviting.
