The game will not let me enable my mods and custom content. I enable them, apply changes, close the game, turn off my computer, and then I turn my computer on open the game and my mods are disabled. I do not know how to fix this. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know how to fix it?
Hi @Shannis90 Another tester was able to complete cooking a meal with the GranniesCookbook mod. Was it a particular recipe you couldn't cook, or all of them?

Hi It was the grilled cheese, i just tested it again and it didn't work. I'll test with other recipes to see if it's individuals or all for me.

Hi, So I just retested it and it worked fine. I had to move the stove away from the wall for it to work, but I don't think that has anything to do with the mod. I think EA has changed something with cooking, because when i tried to cook normal EA food it would cancel the cooking mid way through as well.

Thank you! And the main issue is that the career is un-joinable. It appears in the selection screen, but throws up an exception after joining and the sim remains jobless. The images are also broken :s

@Iowaaa_5, I've run into this issue before, and it's actually not a mods issue. The options.ini file has been corrupted. Try moving it out of the Sims 4 folder to your desktop, then start up the game and reset all options to your preference. Then restart the game again and see if the changes saved. If yes, go ahead and delete the option.ini from your desktop. If no, then.... I have no idea.
