Win 10 fix solution - TS2UC

I tried everything from 4gb patch to Graphics rules maker and i still kept crashing.. after a whole day of uninstalling, reinstalling, watching videos with no help i finally got it to work.. on the graphics rules maker make sure you have checked the box (disable texture memory estimate adjustments).
