SimGuruFrost says they ll be taking questions for the livestream so I figured I'd put up a thread.

I'm going to link it to Graham and Frost on Twitter.

I ll start

Can our sims ride on the gondelas and train or are they rabbitholes?

Can we place the hot springs in any world?

Is there a yeti?

Any new radio and or TV stations?

Will Thundersnow happen if you don't have Seasons installed? (Added Oct 28th)

Has Thundersnow been added to the Weather Machine from Seasons? (Added Oct 28th)

I hope they "pre-play" a sim for a long duration before the stream so that we can see how the personality system has affected them over time.

@catloverplayer Did you notice the couple sitting on a bench and holding hands? I saw that interaction and thought ' I know, catloverplayer is going to be happy to see that'. LOL It's at twelve or thirteen seconds into the trailer.

I think that's the look into eyes interaction.

Can the hotpot be placed on a regular table?
Is the food on the kotatsu table prepared separately, or do we have no choice of what we are eating? (aka like a buffet table)

Lol that's all I want to know. I would love to have all those new recipes. 😄 I have a feeling though it might be buffet style.

How will Lifestyle and Sentiments work? Are they exclusive to this pack or will they be added to the base game? How will they affect our sims and is there a way to configure them?

Can we place rental lots in other worlds?

For me the only important question is if rental lots can be placed everywhere now.

The blog mentioned visiting a "graveyard." Is it a new type of lot that we can also build in other worlds?

I also want to know if rental lots can be placed in other worlds, and if we'll get features from the improved personalities as a patch for the base game.

And for those of us who have Seasons, how will they make sure that our sims don't freeze to death if they use the hot springs during Winter? I have to put my sims' hot tubs in the household inventory in Winter so they won't go out there and try to use it.

Will there be a way to cheat Lifestyles if we think the game got it wrong? (such as deciding to check while we're leveling up for a promotion, rather than doing things with our sims we actually want them to do) Or if there's a specific one we think fits that we don't want to trust to the AI to pick?

• The pack overview mentions "take your shoes off at the genken entryway." I was wondering how this would be implemented. Is there going to be a new interaction that allows us to do this? Or is it a lot trait?
  
• I know there's a personality overhaul coming, but will it be tied to this pack, or added to basegame?
  
• And on that note, will there be any new traits, aspirations, or careers added with this pack?
  
• As others have mentioned, can rental lots be placed in other worlds, or only Mt. Komorbi?
  
• It appears that there is more being added to Simstagram (Hina K's pictures) or some new form of social media. Is this the case, or just a creative addition to the video?

Can you tell us what new festivals are coming? I'm especially curious about the snow festival.

Is hot chocolate from TS3 returning and if so can it be made at home?

Will sims be able to take group pictures together now?

Will there be a pre-pack patch, and if so, what sort of things will be in it? Just bug fixes, or will it include some game improvements?

On the map, the graveyard does not show up as a lot to be played or edited.

Can we use rental lots in all worlds? That’s all I really want to know. I’ve been waiting over a year to be able to create a. rental lot in sulani and san myshuno for my sims to take a tropical holiday and a city break.
