He has emotions as the background mood for his TS4 streaming.. where can I get the animated gifs of emotes for this so I can also use these as my background emotions in my streaming? Thank you for the help..

It looks like it’s the same emotion panels from the games so he probably took screenshots directly from the game and photoshopped them.
I wouldn’t copy his style either, btw.
