Need to delete item stuck in cart

I’ve had an item stuck in my cart for a while and clicking the X doesn’t delete it. It’s only 28 points but it’s not a thing I want nor recall ever putting in the cart. Is there a trick to dumping out stuff in the cart? I got an origin giftcard today and want to buy something nice like a new world... not a 28 point corkboard.

Try a different browser to remove the item from the cart.

Thank you for helping. I tried 3 browsers and various computers. Eventually I got it out of the cart by adding it as a favorite and then going into the cart and unfavoriting it. I don’t know why that worked but now it’s gone and I’m happily shopping.
