HELP - CC Eyes - Not Sure Where They're From!

I have a few CC eyes in my game and I have NO idea where they're from. I've been trying to put in some new CC eyes, but they won't show up in CAS at all. Only these.
I've searched ALL over my mod folder and cannot for the LIFE of me figure out where these came from.
Any CC that has to do with "eyes" are saved in my "EYES" mod folder. And everything left in there are eyeliners, eye shadows, and eye lashes. NO eye colors or whatever would produce THESE.

Losing my mind. I've spent the last few hours getting nowhere. It's somewhere in my mods folder - I just can't figure it out.
Took all of the mods out -> the eyes weren't there any more.

Then I put EVERYTHING back and took out the mods ONE by ONE, restarting the game every time I took one out (yes, this was annoying). Nope, still there EVERY time. I even changed the name of each mod folder to indicate that I took it out and tested it.

You could try using the Sims 4 Tray Importer to find them. Simply make a Sim with the eyes and save them to your gallery. Then use the Tray Importer to look at the CC. You can double click on the file name and it should take you directly to where the file is located so that you can delete it.
