Simple, but weird question... (about Pets)

Is the interactive bush (the one Sims can pee or woohoo in) responsible for my dog getting sprayed by a skunk and/or bitten by a squirrel? Or is it that I have them living in Brindleton Bay (and am not terribly familiar with pets and dogs in the Sims)?

Actually, another question too. Is it possible to have pets in Britechester? Especially university housing.
I have a feeling Pets are not allowed in the dorms?

Yes, the bush can do that to your dogs. When I used to play with pets, I ended up downloading a mod to prevent that.

If you live in a house, you can for sure have a pet in the Britechester world. However, I am not sure about within the dorms.
