Right but then there's no way to complete that mission step to finish the mission. I already have all the actual First Order uniforms from going through the whole First Order mission tree and ranks, but putting on the uniform doesn't complete the step. I guess you actually have to do whatever the dialogue is to get the uniform from them, and that's what I'm struggling to figure out how to do.

You have to talk to a contact and get a uniform, which will be a package in your inventory. If you mouse over that bit of the mission that says to get a uniform it will tell you who to talk to. I think it was a contact in the cantina who had a special symbol on their head. If I'm recalling that incorrectly it will be an NPC with 'contact' in the title above their head.

No mention of the Cantina or a Contact. I've been to the Cantina and didn't see anyone there who would seem to fit. Maybe I missed them though and will go back and hang out for a bit and see if one shows up. Thanks!

Hmmm. Looks like I mixed up this mission with another one. Look for the First Order guys that specifically say officer. IIRC the option is one of the ones awkwardly placed in the chat options.

I'm stuck on the same mission. The hover tip on the step says we need to find a First Order officer and convince them to give us their uniform. I've buttered up like 10 officers and never get any dialogue for stripping them. So we're missing something. When I get back in I'm going to look for one person with that actual title "First Order Officer" rather than just "First Order", since that seems to have been important on some of the other missions in helping identify who we're supposed to be talking to.

You need higher programming skills. Try PRACTICE SLICING a few times and then give it another go.

OK, this one stumped me too. PP was right in that it is a package in your inventory. I went to 1st order and talked to Lt. Acon (acorn?) until eventually the mission checked off "get uniform" and get "ID". There will be a "package" in your inventory. Click on it and will give you the option to impersonate officer or something like that idea. My sim did not literally change into the outfit but he was able get through and obtain the plans.

Okay finally got this figured out. The trick is to go to the First Order area not wearing Resistance clothing (wear a standard Batuu outfit), and talk up one of the First Order sims wearing an officer's uniform (except Lt Agnon, who even with a great friend score never gives the chat option) until your friend score is high enough for the options to "Seduce/Bribe/Fight for Uniform" appear. If you succeed at any of those three, you get both the First Order Uniform and ID Card steps of the mission checked off, and both items appear in your inventory. The First Order ID isn't usable (but I suppose you give it to anyone who checks your ID when asked to keep from being escorted to jail), but the First Order Uniform can be worn through a dialogue in your inventory itself, which is necessary for the last step of the mission.

Hi and thank you, I was just coming to say I finally got it-- had to end the mission, go home, go out of the game, go back & do the mission again... but when I went into the cantina that time, the contraband owner was labeled and I had the option to give him drinks. I guess it was glitching or something the first time around.

I can't figure out how to identify the person with the passcode, and there is no option to give them drinks. I tried forming groups with people but it doesn't let me buy rounds of drinks like it usually does, and it doesn't give me the option to buy a drink for anyone but myself. When I buy drinks, I have no way to give it to anyone else... I tried even putting it in my inventory, but the only option I have is throw it away or drink it or put it in world. I tried putting it in front of other people, they may or may not drink it but then after it takes them an hour and a half to drink it they say goodbye and leave (making it impossible to get them to drink more than one). I even tried tending the bar for a day but no one comes in and orders from me and there is no option to make specific drinks.

    > It will usually be someone with a specific Faction title when you mouse over them, like "Scoundrel Contact" instead of just "Scoundrel". (It should match whatever the hover tip in the mission step says, usually.) When you find that person, you should get a dialogue option when speaking with them that says "Buy so-and-so a drink (5 credits)" or something similar. This will only show up after you've greeted them, and may not populate on your fist page of options. Sometimes these dialogues show up under normal categories like "Friendly", which is ridiculous but that's how it works.

Is it just me, or does the pack look completely empty? :/

Ok now I’m on a mission where I need to use the resistance holotable. I know where the first order one is, but I can’t find the resistance bunker with the holotable. Help!

So after watching probably 8 videos on youtube about this pack, it doesn't look like we have the force and can't actually become Jedis. I'm pretty disappointed just from watching people play the pack. I'm still debating if I want to spend money on it - if I do it will only be to get a BB8. I'm a big star wars fan and I don't know why they wouldn't let us have the force, at the least. Am I wrong? Someone please let me know if I'm mistaken.

    Maybe!

You know, the two sound enough alike that I actually had to go YouTube both because I was getting the melodies mixed up n my head. They were released within a year of each other, and the composers were friends of mutual friends, so it's possible there may be some influences one to the other.

Yes you can complete it. I ended up completing all the missions for all three factions, so they are all complete-able. There were several I had to cancel and restart, but they all were doable in the end.

I made a post with tips on how to avoid issues with the quests here.

I found a free robot in the Sims now "not in game" and sent her to Batuu. She couldn't complete the first mission as she couldn't change her outfit. On the second visit she broke down and had to call for repair and an alien tech came along to mend her! Still trying though! I think next time she will be the companion of one of my other Sims in game. I'm just experimenting at the moment.

Hi I am mostly a builder but as I love the Star Wars movies I have been playing 2 sims in different factions. I have been enjoying it but for a few glitches that are annoying, my female sim had a Fortune cube appear in her inventory and keeps playing with it then more of them keep appearing in the inventory even if I delete them, once she had 37 of them! She has a Droid and he keeps stopping following her so I have to keep going to get him. When she buys a meal she stands even when there are stools/chairs and in the Cantina she tends to walk then stand behind the bar and the droid if following gets stuck in the way.
I was hoping to get sims to use a camera for holiday photographs but they cant carry anything with them only what they get in Batuu. Oh and if you find your sim does not use the Tents etc in the Resistance base, I found clicking Droid off Follow they use the objects there! this took a while to work out Lol. Oh and for fun as there is so little for sims there, you can click to play with the Droid and they use it like a remote controlled toy...its amusing!
