Kinda confused where she's going with this review. The pack is in depth and has lore which she loves but that's... a bad thing?

It's a shame there's not really any youtubers that are properly excited and analysing the video so I can get excited with them. Oh well

I noticed this too..her reaction was not for it at the beginning but in the end she says "it could be good." :(

Seriously what's up with all the game changers saying well...it might be good. Call a spade a spade.

And Plumbella out of all people....she's usually the most critical..but she's even sorta defending it. I understand she's scared but seriously, she hardly is like this.

I would think those who have said ..it could be good...are being sincere. simmers who have been around a bit will know there has been packs that the majority did not like...and they never did...like Katy Perry Sweet Treats....no one loved it and my first pet stuff was a bit of a miss as well and folks were pretty vocal about it...Star Wars would not have been what i would have choose but i also know nifty knitting was not everyone's favorite ...so we are a diverse group and that is no surprise..we are human. I will want to learn more on what comes with this pack to see if it might fit or if it won't ...ya never know right away often times.

I don't know who this person is, and didn't bother to watch the video. But, honestly, we don't really know. I was very skeptical of Strangerville. And I actually enjoyed playing it when I finally purchased it (on sale). Just last night, I was using the listening devices from the pack. I'm just hoping it has something to offer like the listening to device, that I can use in my regular play as well. Can't imagine pulling out light sabers while chatting with my neighbors.

I have noticed this. The ones I have watched lay into the game and how it doesn't fit into the sims or say it is only occurring because of a deal EA has with Disney for Star Wars games and then end with "it might be good" :/ They are also comparing it to StrangerVille and pointing out how replayablity is low once you complete the story. They know that it will look pretty, but the story line will be a one off thing and there is little to no use for the outfits/build items in daily play. I think those who are excited about this are expecting too much from EA and the rest of us are just bummed they wasted a whole game pack on something that does not add anything to our game play.

Depends. Will you advocate for Justine Keaton-inspired dragons? Or dragon-inspired Justine Keatons?

Game changers have to tread a balance of not wanting hate for being too critical
And being mindful of their position with EA and their position in the GC programme.

I have saw game changers tear a pack to shreds in private and their online opinion is very different.

For those who haven't watched her reaction, she thinks it could be good but is DISAPPOINTED in that, because there's obviously been so much energy invested in the pack that was absent altogether from others like Strangeville -- to use her example. The video is worth watching just for her utter confusion about the plot of the trailer. I wasn't aware that people in this day and age lived that didn't know the basics of SW lore -- uniforms bad, rebels good, and there are space wizards. If I buy the pack I will NOT be calling them the Resistance and the First ORder, because those are laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. Empire and Rebellion, thank you.

She has questions like I do. There is not enough information for me to form an opinion yet.

Being a GC changer really only means they get the pack for free and sometimes they get early access, trips and free stuff. They sometimes do sponsored events to show off packs etc. I do believe these have guidelines to follow.

Other then those events, if a game changer is afraid to speak their mind honestly they don't need to be a game changer. Some GC's do speak out. Players asked if they were afraid of getting kicked out. They said they were doing what a GC is supposed to do. Provide feedback.

    From EA ...
"EA Game Changers is a community partnership program that fuses content creators and expert players directly into the game development process enabling early collaborative feedback for improvements. We also empower creators with early access gameplay capture to inspire innovative storytelling."

I do believe some GC are in the program just for the free stuff and will not jeopardize losing it so they will not speak their own mind.

All GC are free to speak. If anyone feels the GC is not being a "good GC" then don't watch them. No one is going to agree %100 percent. There are only a couple that I watch because I believe they are not fake and afraid.
