Yes! I need a ‘Luxury Lifestyle’ EP for my rich sims. I would like:
A banking system so sims can own and operate banks, get loans and mortgages, or earn interest on their savings
An investment system so sims can invest in other businesses and properties
Skiing, tennis, golf and yachts with the ability to form clubs with membership fees
Fine jewelry, fine perfume and fine juice that can be crafted, gifted and sold at retail stores
Vacation homes, second homes and rental properties so a sim can buy up all properties in all worlds
Casinos so sims have a chance of losing their money
A bank security system with a very low chance of being hacked *only by a player directed sim* in the criminal career with level 10 programming skill
Agree I'd love to see a pack like High End Loft stuff in Sims 4. We really need some more luxury modern penthouse type items. Moschino sort of had a similar vibe but it missed out on everyday furniture, you got windows and couches basically but I want a whole modern penthouse living set with stuff for every room
Yes, we need more ways to spend big money for a rich sim. And I really want an update for a club requirement. 30k treshhold to be considered rich is a joke. Make it 200k at least.

Maybe they could add varying income tresholds so you could have different clubs for rich, very rich and filthy rich sims.

Going by property values in 4 I would say:
<$1000: Destitute
$1000-10000: Poor
$10000-20000: Working Class (Lower Class)
$20000-50000: Lower-Middle Class
$50000-100000: Middle Class
$100000-200000: Upper-Middle Class
$200000-500000: Wealthy (Upper Class)
$500000+: Very Wealthy

Yes I have some seriously filthy rich sims. None of them work in an effort to unload some of this money but it feels so impossible. I am going to try to make a luxury ski lot in hopes they will unload a lot of simoleons to stay there.
I really need items that are 30K and up, maybe even 100k and up LOL. I have resorted to having 5 safes in the basement at the Landgraabs to put simoleons in because they have hit the 9,999,999 cap. This is crazy...I need all these items in this thread LOL

I would love bigger jewels that cost a lot of simoeleons to make and own. The more rare the more money. I would also love the high end perfumes.
Two new careers for those could be a miner or jewelry designer and chemist for the less fortunate...lol.
