BUILD/BUY: What stuff would you like to see in the sims 4 (PT3: Living room)

There are some cool stuff and design I see on mood board and other site or in real life that I loved to see the sims do. Some of the stuff in the game seem too similar towards other stuff. So, these are some images and links of idea I would love to see the sims 4 implement:

Dianesims

I'd like tv units like these :

Simmingal

sectional couches in many styles!

I keep using those 2 corner sofa things that came with dine out like everywhere I need more sofa version with sofa functions(since those are tagged dining chair in game so sims can't nap and such)

also more bookcases in all 3 wall heights!
especially one tile wide ones and wall height 2/3 cause so many ea houses have that wall height and it triggers me so bad when i got no bookcase that is tall or slim enough to go in particular spot

also lounge chair thingies in sofa look
and divans of all kinds

more fireplaces cause there is never enough

those ridiculous animal rugs from ts2 or 1 can't remember which one it is cause like idk sometimes ur sims are not interested in animal rights

Auroraskies

Moe esthetical variations in all the items already existing, both in shape and swatches for them. The world is very pretty, and the objects could be made to look more fitting in it, and less like a mobile game for the vision impaired.

Smaller versions of a lot of the interactive objects, for instance the observatorium. I like the woohoo interaction it it, but sometimes I just want the other functions and not such a space-consuming object (sorry for the pun).
