Have you ever seen The Sims 2 cutscenes? They came at major events in a sims life, their marriage, baby, first kiss etc. Starch the whohoo ones. 13 year old me was desperately not trying to have my mom come across them they're a little disturbing

Yeah true. I think it was even optional in the Sims 2.

When the woohoo animation began my 8 year old self had to look left and right in case anybody was around

Oh my gosh, I loved them so much. I also do remember when the woohoo scene started, I got so scared because I thought my mom or any other adult would enter the room and start questioning me about it. And my favorite ones would be the first kiss (I would always record that), the university one and the birth one.

Love them and want them back! But with a toggle like in TS2. They do get boring after you've seen the same ones a handful of times.

Eh, I don't know why do I feel like if cutscenes were to happen they won't come out good or the way I'd want them too.

I would prefer it now if we could get some tip that such an event was coming up so that we could video it for ourselves! Every one would be different then! I've never bothered to use the feature in Sims 4.

Unfortunately, I don't see it happening. It would require more budget and production probably, and the whole game would have to be altered to accommodate it. But then again, I never thought first person camera could be a thing either so...you never know!

Only if you can turn them off & if they pause the game timer while running & if you can cancel/end them if they start & you don't feel like watching them. I've never been a fan of cutscenes, but I know some people like them & I wouldn't want to deprive others of that, but I wouldn't want it in my game. I'd just disable it & let people who want to have it keep theirs enabled.

I honestly don't like them. Breaks the immersion for me and is kinda repetitive.

I would rather have new interaction animations. I love watching things like the high level bartender tending bars they do a bunch of tricks.

I HATE HATE HATE the cut scenes lol. It's one of the things that really turns me off of sims 2. If they were optional though, I'm totally okay with adding them back. (People here saying they were optional in Sims 2 but I remember looking for a way to turn them off and couldn't figure it out so sadly I played with them haha! I wish I had known how at the time. )

Yep, but make them optional or skipable for those people who don't like them. Not many people like unskipable cutscenes, but I definitely miss the ones for things like alien abductions, first kisses, and first woohoo (I was, like, 20 when I first played TS2, so I didn't care who walked in on me. I was grown.).
