The Sims has currently lost its identity. Bring it back for TS5

I will be looking forward to all the conspiracies about the ways EA will be using the pics and info, if they end up implementing this technology. Ok, i personally don't want it and wont use it.

We had that capability in TS1 via a utility. Forget the name of it, though.

I would love this SO MUCH. I can’t remember — wasn’t that sort of how we modded TS1? I have a vague memory of manipulating photos to create new Sim skins 20 years ago.

On one hand, cas would be easier, but there's a chance people may use it for the wrong thing eg. uploading people's photos without their permission.

There's already some alpha ts4 skins that modders have made using real celebs, and though they seem to have been used respectfully (our community is pretty safe which is nice!), there's a chance they might be used badly, esp with less sfw mods. At least celebrities have lawyers/money etc, but if an ordinary person could be uploaded quicker and more easily, and someone used mods/gameplay to bully, it might get messy.
