Need *HOT FIX* Patch For Ladders & New Inventory Items Stat!

My sims are unable to use the new Ladders in their houses -- the ladders are placed correctly with all 3 sides having an available tile to step on after climbing up the ladder. I took all of my Mods out and the game still is bugged with non-usable ladders. WHY?
The New Inventory Items like the "Big Leaf" design have 6-7 separate thumbnails for all the colors. WHY?
Put them all under one thumbnail with the available colors in one file. The same goes for other new content
that came with EL. We don't need a surplus of content added to the files in this strange new form. WHAT were
the designers thinking? FAIL.
