    Can we place Community Spaces in any neighborhood?

    As stated in title, is it possible to make a community space in any neighborhood?

      Yes. I've been able to do it in all 3 EH neighborhoods. I've not tried different worlds, but have read that you can. The lot has to be set as community, the NAP community has to pass.

      Yes you can put them in every world and freely edit every lot on each of them. I personally love having the gallery to help me.
